What you'll do: As a member of the CMS Safety Office, you will participate in all safety-related activities at the CMS experimental sites during the Long Shutdown 3, when both the detector and the infrastructure will undergo major upgrades. In particular, you will take a leading role in the technical review of all CMS fire extinguishing systems and safety monitoring systems to assess their design, coverage and suitability for the CMS upgrade. Basic qualifications Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams. 4+ years of experience operating as a manager of managers AND/OR 7+ years of relevant experience managing mission-critical facilities. In-depth knowledge of data center facilities such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, electrical sub-distribution systems, fire detection and suppression systems, and cable reticulation systems. Fluency in English to communicate effectively with global teams. Driving license valid in EU. Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related fields. Experience managing or implementing system health, performance monitoring, capacity planning, or process improvement and automation. Experience supporting procedures for production or mission-critical environments including ticketing, monitoring/metrics, and troubleshooting technical issues. Fluency in Swedish.

Uppdraget Uppdraget som Digitaliserings- och IT-chef är både strategiskt och operativt. Du driver digital verksamhetsutveckling och förändringsarbete samtidigt som du skapar förutsättningar för innovation och effektiva arbetssätt. Tillsammans med en arbetsgrupp om åtta medarbetare håller du ihop SHIS gemensamma digitala verksamhetsutveckling, transformation och leverans av verksamhetsstödjande IT-tjänster och processer.
