ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We're looking for a SEO & AEO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role covers both halves of how people, and now AI, find us: SEO, preserving and optimizing the organic search visibility and traffic we already have, and AEO, preparing for how buyers increasingly get answers from AI-powered search and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) rather than traditional search results. SEO is the foundation AEO builds on, so this isn't an AEO-only role. We need someone with real, hands-on SEO experience, technical, on-page, and content, who is also genuinely curious about how AI answer engines retrieve and cite content. Given how new AEO is, we're wary of candidates who've rebranded as “AEO experts” without the SEO grounding to back it up, just as we're wary of someone stuck purely in classic SEO with no interest in where search is heading. You'll work closely with our Web Developer on technical foundations, and with content and product marketing to shape content that performs in both classic search and AI answers. What You’ll Do SEO: * Own core SEO performance: Drive technical health, crawlability, indexation, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy across the site. * Run technical SEO audits: Regularly audit the site and partner with the Web Developer to fix issues (site speed, schema, structure) that affect both search and AI visibility. * Protect the baseline: Maintain and grow organic search rankings and traffic as a reliable, compounding source of demand, not something we optimize once and forget. AEO: * Own AEO strategy: Define and execute Legora's approach to answer engine optimization across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other AI-driven discovery surfaces. * Optimize for citation, not just ranking: Structure content, schema markup, and page architecture so AI engines can easily parse, trust, and cite Legora as a source. * Monitor AI visibility: Track how and where Legora appears in AI-generated answers, build reporting to measure share of voice versus both AI answers and traditional search, and identify content gaps. Shared: * Partner cross-functionally: Work with the Web Developer on technical SEO/AEO foundations, and with content and product marketing to shape content that performs in search and answer engines alike. * Support PR on AEO outreach: Partner with PR on the listicle and third-party platform placements that matter for AEO, PR owns the outreach, you bring the AEO insight on where to focus and what to pitch. * Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously test and adapt as search and AI discovery evolve, applying disciplined SEO practice alongside the still-being-invented rules of AEO. What You Bring * Proven, hands-on SEO experience: Solid, real-world grounding in technical, on-page, and content SEO (schema, site structure, content architecture), this is the foundation the rest of the role builds on, not a box to check. * AEO/LLM curiosity: Hands-on experience or strong interest in how LLMs and AI answer engines retrieve, rank, and cite content, as an extension of strong SEO instincts, not a replacement for them. * Data-driven: Comfortable building and reading reporting on organic and AI-driven visibility, and translating it into a content roadmap. * Builder mindset: Energized by a genuinely new discipline with no established playbook; comfortable defining the approach as you go, while staying disciplined on SEO fundamentals. * Strong written communication: You can write and brief content that is clear, structured, and citation-worthy, for both humans and machines. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Senior Content Manager Adyen is looking for a strategic, hands-on and collaborative senior content manager to own and evolve Adyen’s editorial voice across APAC. You will define how Adyen’s story is told in one of the world's most dynamic fintech landscapes. You will set the standard for how content drives commercial impact, brand authority, and audience growth in the region. This role is focused on owning the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Adyen’s content marketing in APAC. You will act as the regional authority on content — setting direction, elevating quality, and ensuring all output ladders up to measurable business impact. You are a master storyteller who can pivot from writing technical white papers to crafting high-engagement LinkedIn posts, with a strong commercial mindset ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Regional content and market entry strategy: Own and evolve Adyen’s APAC content roadmap. Identify strategic opportunities and define how we show up across markets, creating localized content strategies that resonate across diverse regulatory and cultural environments. * AI & scalability: Leverage AI to scale output and improve efficiency. Partner closely with creative teams to develop compelling video narratives, craft strong hooks that capture attention early, and ensure content is optimized for short-form, platform-first consumption. * Platform & media insight: Stay ahead of B2B media trends, platform shifts, and audience behaviors. Turn insights into clear strategic direction, refining formats, tone, and distribution to maximize impact. * Stakeholder partnership: Act as a strategic partner to marketing, product, commercial, and agency teams. Shape briefs, influence direction, and elevate the quality and effectiveness of content across the business. * Project management: Set the standard for execution. WHO YOU ARE * Experience: 8+ years in content marketing, editorial, or strategic copywriting, ideally within B2B tech, fintech, or financial services. You bring a strong track record of owning and evolving content strategy, not just executing against it. * Strategic mindset: You think beyond individual assets and understand how content drives business outcomes. You can connect content initiatives to broader marketing and commercial goals, identify opportunities, and prioritize where to play. * AI fluency: You are comfortable using AI as part of your workflow to scale output, improve efficiency, and enhance creative quality — while maintaining strong editorial standards. * Social and LinkedIn expertise: You understand how to build authority and engagement on LinkedIn. You know what performs, why it performs, and how to consistently create content that drives meaningful interaction and audience growth. * Video storytelling experience: You have experience shaping compelling video content — from developing narratives to crafting strong hooks that capture attention early. You understand what works in short-form, platform-first video and can partner effectively with creative teams to bring ideas to life. * Media and content ecosystem fluency: You have a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and how B2B audiences consume content across platforms — from long-form reports to short-form, social-first, and video-led formats — and know how to adapt content accordingly. * Master storyteller: You have strong editorial judgment and a journalistic mindset. What you’ll be doing Let’s get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional box. It’s part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn’t it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most respected legal teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you’ll be up to: * Acting as a thought partner to clients - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora. * Working together with Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationship - from running pilots in the early stages, to onboarding new users, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments. * Be the voice of the user inside Legora - sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life. * Documenting best practices, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping our clients navigate one of the biggest shifts in how the legal business operates - from evaluating the ROI and impact of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas What you bring You come from the world of law; but you’ve never been content with how things have always been done. You may have started out at a top-tier law firm. Maybe you’ve worked in a corporate legal team, seeing thorny operational problems from the inside. Perhaps you've even tried disrupting the status-quo through a legal tech company, or ventures of your own. Either way, you've had experience beyond the traditional legal career path. Either way, you know how legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You’ll thrive in this role if you: * Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity . * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don’t get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
