Hotellet erbjuder 111 rymliga rum och sviter, tre restauranger, skybar och taklounge, en komplett spa- och wellnessavdelning med inomhus- och utomhuspooler samt mötes och eventlokaler för upp till 100 deltagare. Med närhet till Malmö, Köpenhamn och Malmö Sturup flygplats kombinerar Willow och destinationen puls med hav, kust och Skånes stora utbud av mat, kultur, golf och upplevelser. Trelleborg kallas Palmstaden eller Lilla Miami efter klimatet.
