We are looking for a Team Leader for a construction project in Sweden. This position is open only to EU citizens or candidates who already hold a valid Swedish work permit. Work permits from other EU countries are not valid for working in Sweden. Du ansvarar för kommunens arbete inom mätning, kartproduktion, geodata och GIS-system. Mätningar utförs med hjälp av GPS och du tar fram nybyggnadskartor, grundkartor till detaljplaner samt andra kartunderlag som används i samhällsbyggnadsprocessen. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även att administrera adresser och lägenhetsregister, uppdatera baskartan samt säkerställa att kommunens geodata håller hög kvalitet. Du ansvarar även för kommunens digitala kartverktyg och fungerar som en specialist inom GIS och geodata. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med kollegor inom den egna organisationen samt med andra myndigheter, kommuner och externa aktörer, exempelvis byggföretag och konsulter. Du ger även stöd och utbildning till kommunens användare av GIS-systemen. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som GIS-ingenjör blir du, tillsammans med vår nuvarande GIS-ingenjör, ett viktigt stöd till förvaltningen och våra fyra samverkanskommuner. Tillsammans driver ni utvecklingen av GIS-arbetet och bidrar till att skapa effektiva och användarvänliga lösningar som stödjer verksamheterna. I rollen arbetar du med att skapa, förvalta och vidareutveckla tjänster baserade på ESRI-plattformen. Du deltar i eller leder projekt inom samhällsbyggnadsområdet och bidrar aktivt till att öka kunskapen om GIS i kommunerna. In this role you will report to our Area Director Green Steel and work within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for delivering one of the world's most advanced industrial projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all project phases. As Area Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Water Treatment Plant area, leading delivery from construction through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage EPCM partners, OEMs, and contractors, and ensure the area is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
