Nu söker vi dig som vill leda Skaraborgs utveckling inom utbildning och kompetens - i nära samarbete med näringsliv, akademi, kommuner och regionala aktörer Som chef för område Kunskapsutveckling får du en central roll i att forma framtidens utbildnings- och kompetensförsörjningslösningar i en region som står inför stora etableringar, växande arbetsmarknader och omfattande utvecklingsinitiativ. Din huvuduppgift är att leda och samordna Skaraborgs kommuners utbildningsfrågor som drivs inom Utbildning Skaraborg. Du arbetar i första hand genom olika nätverk som består av kommunernas utbildningschefer och deras ansvarig förtroendevalda samtidigt som du ansvarar för förbundets prioriterade uppdrag och projekt inom området. En stor del av verksamheten bedrivs inom strukturen Utbildning Skaraborg, som utgår från kommunernas samverkansstrategi med fokus på Fullföljd utbildning och Kompetensförsörjning. Uppdraget är både strategiskt och operativt och ger dig ett stort utrymme att forma och utveckla arbetet tillsammans med kommunerna. Underhållsmekaniker I den viktiga rollen som Underhållsmekaniker kommer du främst att arbeta med att säkerställa driftsäkerheten i produktionsutrustning genom att utföra både förebyggande som akut avhjälpande underhåll genom att utföra reparationer och felsökningar på befintlig produktionsutrustning. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår också analysarbete avseende tekniska störningar och medverkan i kontinuerliga förbättringsarbeten där installationer samt ombyggnadsarbeten för att bibehålla och förbättra statusen på anläggningen ingår. Du kommer även i rollen att instruera/utbilda personal inom dessa områden. Genom deltagande i processteam stöttar du även andra produktionsenheter inom området body in white. Vem är du? Vidare har du god problemlösningsförmåga har ett stort driv och kan arbeta självständigt i de situationer där det krävs.   Vi söker dig som har Kunskaper samt erfarenhet inom mekanik, hydraulik, pneumatik samt smörjteknik. Utbildning motsvarande minst 3-årig gymnasial industriprogram eller likvärdig eftergymnasial utbildning. Kunskap om ritningsläsning då det gäller felsökning i mekaniska komponenter. Goda datakunskaper (Office 365). In this role, you will take ownership of our monitoring and automation platform, driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence. You will take part in shaping our monitoring strategy, building scalable digital solutions, and mentor colleagues as we advance our automation and observability capabilities. Key responsibilities Drive the design, configuration, and optimization of our monitoring and automation platform. Define and implement best practices for observability, monitoring, and alerting for our users. Develop advanced automation workflows and tools to reduce manual effort and increase reliability for both our users and us. Architect and code missing capabilities for our platform, including integrations with hardware and systems being monitored, business platforms. Collaborate with developers, operations, and product teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions. Act as a technical expert and advisor, guiding colleagues and stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization. Play a key role in shaping the roadmap for monitoring, automation, and digital services. Qualifications Development background with proficiency in at least couple of programming languages (i.e.: C#, JavaScript, Go, Python, Java, or similar). Acquaintance with Azure DevOps, ability to create and leverage its pipelines and associated infrastructure. Experience building and working with containerized workloads. Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Power Automate or similar). Good knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure and associated protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communicator with the ability to influence and guide others. Familiarity with working in an agile team. Preferred skills Experience with Data analysis and reporting (Power BI) Experience contributing to architecture or solution design in cross-functional teams.
