Beskrivning Rättspsykiatrin på Brinkåsen i Vänersborg består av fem vårdavdelningar med olika inriktningar utifrån psykiatrisk diagnos. Avdelning 93 vårdar och behandlar primärt patienter med personlighetssyndrom i kombination med långvarig beroendeproblematik. Gemensamt för alla vårdavdelningar är att våra patienter är dömda till sluten rättspsykiatrisk vård. Vårt uppdrag är att tillgodose patientens psykiatriska behov och samtidigt ta hänsyn till samhällsskyddet. Målet är att patienterna ska må bättre – genom behandling och stöd – och på sikt kunna leva ett fungerande liv i samhället utan att återfalla i brott. På avdelningen arbetar sjuksköterskor, specialistsjuksköterskor, skötare samt socialpedagoger. Vi söker nu till vårt team en ny kollega som har en examen från socialpsykiatriska programmet. Tjänstgöring är schemalagd dag, kväll och helg. Helgtjänstgöringen är förlagd till varannan helg. Vi arbetar i vårdlag där du kommer att ingå i ett vårdlag med sjuksköterska och skötare. Arbetsuppgifter En socialpedagogs arbetsuppgifter består i att skapa en god relation och allians med patienterna. I samarbete med övrig vårdpersonal sker kontinuerlig bedömning och utvärdering av patienternas symtombild, aktuell medicinering samt vårdbehov. Inom psykiatrin arbetar all vårdpersonal utifrån ett kontaktmannaskap, där ni har ett särskilt ansvar för vissa patienter inom sitt vårdlag. Samtidigt ingår det i uppdraget att ge stöd och vård till samtliga patienter på avdelningen, oavsett kontaktansvar. Riskbedömningar och riskhantering är en viktig del i det brottsförebyggande arbetet.   Syftet med riskbedömningar är att bedöma risken för återfall i olika typer av brottslighet. Exempel på riskbedömningar är HCR-20 version 3, SAM och SVR-20 vilka är underlag för bedömning av återfallsrisk gällande vålds-, stalkning-och sexualbrott.  Socialpedagoger inom rättspsykiatrin ansvarar för planering, utförande och dokumentation av strukturerade riskbedömningar och ingår i riskbedömningsgruppen, vars huvudsakliga syfte är att identifiera samt bedöma risker kopplade till patienter avseende våldsbrott. Som socialpedagog kan du komma att undervisa, handleda och ge konsultativt stöd i frågor som rör riskhantering till andra yrkesgrupper. I uppdraget ingår även handledning av studenter då vi tar emot studenter från Högskolan Väst. Kvalifikationer  För tjänsten krävs det att du har en treårig högskoleutbildning med godkänd examen från programmet Socialpsykiatrisk Vård. Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, empatisk och har förmåga att arbetsleda. Du har mycket god samarbetsförmåga, trivs med att arbeta i team och bidrar till ett positivt arbetsklimat. Erfarenhet av arbete med patienter med beroendeproblematik är meriterande. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet.
