ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to power and scale our Demand Generation engine, with data at the center of everything. This is a hands-on, highly operational role for someone who naturally thinks in CRM objects, schemas, lifecycle states, joins, and structured datasets. You won’t just analyze data. You’ll design the structures that make GTM execution possible. You’ll work directly inside Salesforce and enrichment tools like Clay, building and maintaining the datasets that fuel sourcing, segmentation, targeting, and signal-based workflows. You’ll be the analytical backbone to Demand Gen, ensuring execution is precise, scalable, and trustworthy. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON * You’ll design and operate structured datasets that power our top-of-funnel engine. That means translating GTM use cases into clean data models, defining fields, keys, joins, and logic so workflows run without friction. * You’ll work directly with Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns), maintaining lifecycle integrity and ensuring relationships are accurate and reliable. Data hygiene isn’t a cleanup task here, it’s core infrastructure. * You’ll implement signal thresholds, inclusion and exclusion logic, and routing readiness rules. You’ll QA data before it reaches BDRs or Sales. When something looks off, you won’t patch it, you’ll fix the root cause. * You’ll also build structured funnel visibility from signal to pipeline. Conversion, velocity, leakage, you’ll make it measurable and reliable. When Demand Gen has questions, the answer comes from well-modeled data, not guesswork. * And as we scale, you’ll continuously refine schemas, simplify joins, and reduce manual work so the engine gets stronger, not heavier. WHO YOU ARE * You’re analytical, structured, and detail-obsessed. You care about how data is built, not just what it shows. * You’ve worked in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops before. You’re comfortable reasoning directly about CRM data models and structured datasets. You understand lifecycle logic, object relationships, and what breaks when those aren’t clean. * You’ve operationalised workflows from data, not just reported on them. * SQL, advanced spreadsheet skills, enrichment tools, or experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments are a plus, but clarity of thinking and data intuition matter more. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

About Repli5 Repli5 builds computer vision training data for autonomous systems. Our customers are the engineering teams building perception stacks for autonomous vehicles, industrial robots, quality inspection systems. They come to us when their existing datasets are inadequate, and their models fall short. We combine simulation pipelines with generative AI workflows to produce high-fidelity synthetic and augmented training data at scale. That means augmentation of real-world imagery, domain adaptation on rendered scenes, and domain randomisation to cover the rare edge cases that inhibit model performance in production. The Role You will be Repli5's first dedicated commercial hire and the company's primary revenue driver. You'll report directly to the CEO, inherit an active pipeline, and build the sales motion from the ground up. This is not a quota-carrier role inside a mature sales org. You'll define the playbook - ICP targeting, outreach, qualification, pricing, and close. You will eventually hire the team beneath you. If you're looking for a script to follow, this isn't the right job. If you want to own a function and be rewarded when it works, read on. Industrial automation is our strategic growth focus. Experience in that vertical, or a network there, is a strong differentiator. What You'll Own The full commercial pipeline: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, close Go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the CEO. Target verticals, positioning, pricing Account development and expansion on existing customers Partnering with the CEO and ML engineers on technical discovery calls and proposals CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting Laying the groundwork for the future sales team What We're Looking For Must-have: Proven B2B sales track record in enterprise software or deep-tech. Minimum 3+ years. Technical fluency sufficient to hold a credible first meeting with a computer vision or perception engineer. You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what they're solving. Experience selling into one or more of: autonomous vehicles, robotics, industrial automation, computer vision / machine learning, simulation, defense / aerospace. Full-cycle sales ownership. You've sourced and closed deals, not just managed handoffs. Self-starter who builds structure in ambiguity, not someone who needs it handed to them. Based in Gothenburg or able to relocate; comfortable with regular travel. Strong advantage: Existing network across physical AI or industrial automation buyers (engineering leads, ML engineers, heads of perception, CTOs) Background or education in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline Experience at an early-stage company or in a market development / commercial lead role What We Offer Competitive base salary benchmarked to experience Equity options aligned with long-term company success Performance bonus tied to commercial outcomes Direct line to the CEO and genuine influence over company direction The autonomy to build the commercial function your way Recruitment Process Application Review First Interview (1-1 with CEO) - More about you. This is our chance to learn who you are and what you bring to the table. Technical Workshop (with 2-3 Repli5 team). More about Repli5. This is your chance to learn who we are, what we're building, and showcase your ability to converse on an engineering level. We'll walk you through the technology and product, and expect you to ask the questions a customer would - and start building the technical answers you'll need in the field.

Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We're an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come create with us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Sales Leadership as we scale our enterprise business — defining what success looks like across the full bow-tie funnel, from pipeline generation to expansion revenue, and proving it with data. You'll have a dedicated mandate within the Enterprise GTM org while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities across the enterprise bow-tie funnel, and shape GTM strategy with evidence — proactively raising the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build and refine the models that steer the business — customer segmentation for territory and capacity planning, lead and account scoring for pipeline quality, and forecasting for pipeline and revenue. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Own the analytical backbone of how the enterprise business is steered — KPI and metric definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forums, owning the narrative, not just the slides. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so GTM teams can monitor long-term performance without you in the loop. * Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist sophistication, statistical or AI, where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * PLG/SaaS fluency. Hands-on experience in product-led and SaaS businesses, with a solid grasp of subscription economics and the metrics that drive them. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Experience across the B2B GTM funnel — Sales, Marketing, and RevOps — with funnel, segmentation, and forecasting analytics. * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * A track record of defining metrics and steering frameworks for enterprise or 0→1 commercial motions. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era, combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. APPLICATION Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.
