Svetsare Som manuell svetsare hos oss arbetar du med kvalificerad svetsning av komponenter till strömavtagare. Tyngdpunkten ligger på MIG/MAG-svetsning, men även TIG-svetsning förekommer. Job Scope Lyten is seeking a Production Engineer with a specialization in automated industrial (battery) productions. As a Production Engineer (Pilot Production) you will stabilize, scale, and continuously improve pilot‑line processes that span electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and formation & aging. Your mission is to translate cell designs and lab recipes into robust, traceable processes ready for industrialization at Northvolt gigafactories. You will work closely together with production, process, quality, and automation engineers to make sure the production process is achieving the required stability and is ready for transfer to gigafactory scale. You will ensure process and equipment meet availability and reliability and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency. This role combines hands-on shop floor engineering, deep technical expertise, and structured problem-solving to drive process capability, reduce variation, and sustain high-performing operations. NCC Green Industry Transformation – Project in Gällivare Sweden is facing a historic transformation as industry shifts toward a more sustainable future. WHO YOU ARE Applicable working experience or bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of professional experience developing and testing applications, services, or components. Hands-on experience with end-to-end software development in microservice and cloud environments, from idea and design through build, test, deployment, monitoring, and production operations. Strong experience with Java 21+. Solid experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework. Practical experience working with microservices and cloud-based architectures. Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker. Strong understanding of test-driven development and automated testing practices. Experience writing unit, component, integration, and performance tests. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous deployment. A strong focus on code quality, maintainability, scalability, and operational excellence. Nice to Have Experience working in MACH-based or composable architecture environments. Experience with API-first design and distributed systems. Familiarity with observability tools, logging, tracing, and production monitoring.
