Job Description You see things a little differently. So do we. Leadership at IKEA is simple, clear and humble. We’re not fans of bureaucracy and complicated hierarchy. Together we create a workplace where everyone feels free to be themselves, to experiment, try new ways, and dare to ask, “What if…?”. At IKEA we have a vibrant culture where ideas are heard, where there is opportunity to learn new skills and where the goal always is “To create a better everyday life for the many people”. Come see things a little differently with us. About the job As a Leader in Group Internal Audit, you play a crucial role by leading internal audit engagements across Inter IKEA Group. You will assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control from a group-wide, end-to-end perspective, addressing the needs of individual core businesses, functions and Inter IKEA Group Management and Boards. In your role, you will partner with various business teams, providing fact-based insights, constructive challenge and clear recommendations to find and realise better ways forward. In addition to leading audits, you will help shape and continuously improve Internal Audit ways of working, methodologies and team capabilities. About you You are a hands‑on internal audit professional with strong audit expertise (financial, operational, IT or data‑driven). You apply professional scepticism to turn complex issues into clear, pragmatic insights. You work comfortably within audit standards, but also enjoy challenging traditional approaches and applying new methods. You combine strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the IKEA value chain, Inter IKEA end‑to‑end processes, and the governance and steering framework that guides the organisation. You place audit work in the context of the broader business agenda and ensure outcomes are relevant and impactful. You are humble, straightforward and curious, driven by content while valuing strong relationships. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate audit findings clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally. You engage confidently with senior management and Boards in a respectful and credible way. You love to learn and develop together. As a team player, you enjoy discovering new ways to enhance your own skills and knowledge, as well as those of others around you. You like to share your knowledge and learnings and by doing so, actively support and coach fellow internal auditors and guest auditors. You like to get to the bottom of things. As a critical thinker, you don’t mind asking probing questions if it helps to achieve the right outcome. You do not overlook the essential aspects of auditing, yet you adopt a pragmatic and effective approach. You are a down-to-earth leader who takes strong ownership for audit outcomes, audit quality and impact, acts with integrity and sound professional judgement. You confidently manage multiple assignments in an international environment with occasional travel. To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable: Proven experience leading internal audit assignments end-to-end in a complex, culturally diverse, and international environment. At least 8 years of proven internal audit track record with a demonstrated ability to apply deep expertise in at least one audit domain (financial, operational, IT, data analytics or behavioural auditing). A university degree, and preferably a postgraduate qualification in areas related to the position. Strong understanding of governance structures, end‑to‑end business processes, risks and controls, ideally within IKEA or a comparable organisation. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-native speakers. Ability to quickly absorb new information, break it down, organise it, and present it in a clear and engaging way, without losing the bigger picture. Strong communication skills, able to present clear, pragmatic messages using IKEA tone of voice. Ability to act consistently with a high level of integrity and be an example of professional behaviour. Qualifications - Additional information There are 2 full‑time positions (40 hours per week) based in Sweden, with Malmö as your home base and work activities mostly taking place in Älmhult. You will work closely with Internal Audit colleagues across Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands in a Group‑wide context. The role involves occasional travel, typically 10 to 20 percent. As part of Group Internal Audit you will report to the Group Internal Audit Manager located in Inter IKEA Systems BV in Delft. Ready to assemble your next step? Submit your CV and cover letter for this role by 28th of July 2026. Please also note that we only handle applications in English and do not accept applications coming in by email. If you have any questions about the role or the recruitment process, feel free to connect with the Hiring Manager Olaf Helmond (Olaf.Helmond@inter.IKEA.com) or our Recruiter Wayne van Tonder, (Wayne.van.Tonder@inter.IKEA.com). At IKEA, we are looking for people who believe everyone deserves a seat at the table. You’re welcome no matter where you come from, what you believe, and what you look like. We don’t even care how you have furnished your home. We’re interested in you simply because you’re you. Even if your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. We believe that people’s different perspectives, backgrounds, and personalities make us better at understanding our customers dreams and needs. At IKEA, we’re all on the same project. If you have a special need that requires accommodation in the recruitment process, just let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!

All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI We operate one of the world’s largest connected micromobility fleets, with close to 200,000 vehicles across multiple hardware generations, vehicle models and markets – and we will keep scaling significantly in the coming years. As our fleet grows in scale and complexity, firmware reliability, platform architecture, and operational robustness become increasingly critical to the business. Ultimately, your work ensures that every Voi vehicle feels safe, reliable and effortless to use – even after years of real‑world use, rough weather, and everyday wear and tear. We are now looking for a deeply experienced Staff Embedded Engineer to help lead the next generation of our vehicle and IoT platform. In this highly hands-on technical leadership role you will shape the long‑term embedded platform strategy and architecture, and work across teams, suppliers and partners to make sure our vehicles are consistently reliable. You will, among other things: * Translate rider and operator needs into platform‑level design decisions, ensuring our vehicles are intuitive to use, reliable over years in the field and straightforward for local teams to operate and maintain. * Architect and evolve a large‑scale distributed embedded platform spanning vehicle control systems, battery‑powered IoT devices and multi‑MCU/MPU platforms (including Zephyr / Linux‑capable systems). * Develop and scale platforms capable of hosting multiple ML models on‑edge based on computer vision and other sensors. * Drive the evolution of fleet‑wide OTA infrastructure, remote diagnostics and observability for hundreds of thousands of devices across 100+ cities in Europe. * Lead technical discussions and design reviews with internal teams and external hardware suppliers and manufacturing partners. * Improve resilience and recovery mechanisms for remotely deployed systems, including safe rollback strategies and recovery of bricked devices. * Drive improvements in CAN‑based vehicle communication, power systems, GNSS and geofencing in dense urban environments, and sensor reliability, including Bluetooth and NFC user interactions. * Raise the bar for engineering excellence across embedded and firmware engineering, mentoring others, refining CI/CD, testing and release processes, and introducing best‑in‑class development practices. * Champion the strategic and pragmatic adoption of Generative AI tools to increase engineering effectiveness while protecting code quality and minimising technical debt. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a hands-on, senior technical leader who thrives at the intersection of firmware, hardware, connectivity and large‑scale operations. You are confident in navigating high complexity, balancing strategic architectural choices with pragmatic delivery, and you enjoy mentoring others and setting engineering standards. You care about the end‑to‑end experience: from how a rider feels stepping onto a scooter, to how easy it is for our operations teams to keep the fleet safe, available and healthy over time. We believe you will bring: * Extensive experience building and operating embedded / firmware systems in real‑world environments at scale (ideally globally distributed connected device fleets). * Strong skills in embedded C/C++ development and low‑power, real‑time embedded systems. * Deep understanding of firmware architecture, hardware / software integration and distributed IoT systems. * Proven experience debugging complex field issues across firmware, hardware, manufacturing and connectivity layers. * Strong experience with embedded communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I²C, UART and BLE. It’s a plus if you have experience with: * STM32‑based or other heterogeneous embedded architectures, and modern RTOS platforms such as Zephyr. * Secure boot, TrustZone, TPMs or other embedded security architectures, as well as Embedded Linux systems. * GNSS, geofencing, sensor fusion or other edge‑processing systems, and battery‑powered devices with a focus on power optimisation. * Operating large, globally distributed IoT fleets across varied connectivity environments, including recovering from real‑world operational failures, factory issues or large‑scale fleet incidents. This role is likely a strong match if you have scaled firmware deployments globally, built systems that remain reliable under unreliable real-world conditions, and driven architecture decisions across multiple hardware generations with a focus on long‑term maintainability and operational visibility. Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe’s #1 micromobility operator * Get “skin in the game” through our employee options programme. * Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog‑friendly office. * Work together with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. * Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.

Want to shape the future of waterborne transport and join a world-class team? Candela is the global leader in electric hydrofoil vessels. Our boats “fly” thanks to computer-guided underwater wings under the hull made from lightweight carbon fiber. The wings lift the vessel above the water, which results in cutting energy use by up to 80%, while offering zero emissions and a far better passenger experience than traditional diesel vessels. And that’s exactly why we do this. Our mission is clear: to speed up the transition to fossil fuel–free lakes and oceans. Now you can be part of the amazing team at Candela!
