I norra Dalarna förenas engagemang för samhällsutveckling och hållbarhet med en unik livskvalitet. Rent dricksvatten och hållbara lösningar inom avfallshantering skapar stabilitet och livskvalitet i en region där människor vill leva, verka och stanna kvar. Med uppdraget att verka för ”ett hållbart liv – tillsammans” ansvarar Nodava AB för att förvalta och utveckla anläggningar för vattenförsörjning, avloppshantering och avfallshantering i Mora, Orsa och Älvdalens kommuner. Nodava är ett kommunägt kompetensbolag med fokus på långsiktighet, samhällsnytta och att bygga kapacitet för att möta framtidens miljöutmaningar. Inom avfallsområdet pågår just nu en reform i hur verksamheten bedrivs och Nodava ställer om för att möta krav och ägarnas behov utifrån nya regleringar för att minska uppkomsten av avfall, öka sorteringsgraden samt minska avfallets påverkan på närmiljön. Med kunden i fokus är en av Nodavas målsättningar att bidra till hållbar samhällsutveckling genom att driva och förmedla kunskap för att avfall ska ses om en resurs. Det vill vi uppnå genom att arbeta förebyggande och strukturerat. Vi ska bidra till att avfall uppstår i mindre mängd och att avfall som uppstår sorteras ut för att i högre grad kunna återanvändas. Målsättning i norra Dalarna till år 2030 är att minska totala avfallsmängden med 25 % samt avfall till förbränning med 50 procent. Detta sker bland annat att ställa om till insamling av förpackningar närsorterat, dvs nära där avfallet uppstår. Informera och genomföra interna utbildningsinsatser för medvetenhet och ökad kunskap i linje med strategier och strategiska mål om hållbar samhällsutveckling. Delta i och företräda Nodava i olika nätverk och organisationer inom ansvarsområdet. Din profil Du har högskoleutbildning inom avfall, miljö, samhällsbyggnad eller motsvarande kunskapsnivå förvärvad på annat sätt. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av strategiskt hållbarhetsarbete i någon form och innehar relevanta kunskaper inom avfalls-/återvinningsområdet. Meriterande är kunskaper inom avfalls- och miljöjuridik. Vi söker dig som motiveras av att översätta mål och strategier till genomförande i samverkan med andra. Uppdraget kräver helhetssyn kombinerat med ett strategiskt förhållningssätt med förmåga att väga samman komplex information och olika typer av hänsynstaganden.
