The position Production processes at IRnova include test measurements and characterization of the products - large imaging arrays and integrated modules. We are looking for a Technical Trainer who is passionate about both technology and learning. In this role, you will help customers, partners, and internal teams succeed with Clavister’s cybersecurity solutions by delivering high-quality technical training and developing scalable learning experiences. You will combine deep technical understanding with strong pedagogical skills to design and deliver training that enables real-world product adoption. Working closely with product and technical teams, you will ensure that our education programs stay accurate, relevant, and aligned with the evolution of our solutions. About the Role As Technical Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for a global audience. The role includes both live training sessions and the development of modern learning content such as e-learning modules, labs and other training materials. You will be working alongside our Education Manager and be an integral part of the Customer Success team.
