COORDINATION * Our R&D groups are self-managed, with each taking full responsibility for its respective technical discipline. However, as a small company working across a wide range of technical areas, the Project Manager plays an important role in coordinating day-to-day priorities and managing stakeholder relationships. We believe success in this role comes from bringing leadership, structure, and a hands-on approach driven by curiosity. As an important link between different technical disciplines and internal stakeholders, you will help steer the team with direction, pace, and purpose. While you will be part of leading and guiding the team, you will also contribute hands-on, supporting colleagues with practical tasks such as preparing technical documentation and carrying out product tests. WHO ARE YOU? To succeed in this role, we believe you will bring: * M.Sc. in Mechanical engineering, or similar. * 5 Year+ experience in project management and team lead, in relevant field. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to listen, share ideas, and adapt to different perspectives. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
