Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to be your trusted financial partner. We’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing fintech companies, bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders, thanks to the 500+ amazing people who work here. In the summer of 2026, we were granted authorisation as a credit market company, marking an important milestone in our continued journey to expand into own lending and opening an exciting new chapter for Sambla Group. At Sambla Group, we are building the next phase of our business: a broader, more tech-enabled personal finance ecosystem across the Nordics. We combine technology, data and human expertise to help people make smarter financial choices through life’s turns. Now we are looking for our next CRM Analytics & Experimentation Lead. This position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, located at Tulegatan 4. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own CRM measurement and performance insights across markets * Lead the measurement agenda for CRM and Retention across Sambla Group’s markets, helping us understand what drives customer value, commercial performance, and long-term growth. * Define clear success metrics for CRM initiatives, from campaign-level KPIs to lifecycle, retention, incrementality, and profitability measures. * Build and continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and performance routines that turn customer and campaign data into clear recommendations. * Identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps across the customer lifecycle, and translate them into concrete actions for CRM, Marketing, Product, Sales, and local market teams. Build a structured experimentation framework * Own the CRM experimentation framework, including test design, hypothesis creation, audience selection, measurement methodology, and learning agenda. * Define when and how we use A/B testing, holdout groups, incrementality testing, uplift measurement, and other approaches to understand true business impact. * Create scalable ways of documenting, sharing, and reusing learnings across markets so that insights compound over time. Turn data into decisions * Analyze customer behavior, CRM journeys, campaign performance, and lifecycle movements to uncover actionable insights. * Translate complex data and experimentation results into sharp, business-oriented recommendations that help teams prioritize the highest-impact opportunities. Enable AI-powered CRM optimization * Define how AI-driven initiatives should be measured, tested, and evaluated to ensure they create real incremental impact. * Act as a bridge between business goals, OKRs (Objectives, Key Results), analytical methods, and practical CRM execution, making advanced capabilities useful and actionable for the team. WHO YOU ARE We believe you are someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, customer behaviour and commercial impact. You have strong experience in CRM analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation, customer insights or a similar role, preferably in a multi-market, fintech, subscription, marketplace or other performance-driven environment. You have at least 2-3 years work experience and a solid understanding of CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing and customer journeys. You know how to measure what creates real value for both customers and the business. You are highly analytical and comfortable working with customer data, campaign data, dashboards and performance reporting, while also being able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. To succeed in this role, we believe you bring: * Experience in designing and evaluating experiments, such as A/B tests, holdout groups, incrementality measurement and clear success metrics. * A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how CRM initiatives connect to revenue, profitability, retention, customer lifetime value and long-term growth. * The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across functions, including explaining analytical concepts in a simple and relevant way. * Curiosity about AI and an interest in using data, automation and AI-powered capabilities to improve CRM reporting and performance. * A growth mindset: curious, proactive, structured and eager to test, learn, iterate and continuously improve how we work. * Experience with tools such as SQL, BI platforms, CRM or marketing automation platforms, web analytics or experimentation platforms is a strong advantage. WHAT WE OFFER We might be a little different from most companies. Instead of defining personal values, we’ve built a shared way of working - a rhythm that guides how we collaborate, support our customers, and move forward together. We call it Drive & Jive - a shared rhythm that creates momentum through direction, collaboration, and human connection. As part of our recruitment process, we always carry out a background check before extending a job offer.
