About the role As a Nanofabrication Process Technician, you will be a key contributor to Alice&Bob's fabrication capability. Working in a cutting-edge cleanroom, you will execute the fabrication processes that transform wafer designs into superconducting quantum circuits. You will operate advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment, monitor process quality, and contribute to maintaining a reliable and efficient production environment. Beyond running processes, you will take ownership of selected equipment, helping ensure its availability, performance, and continuous improvement. Success in this role is measured by the ability to execute wafer fabrication safely, repeatably, and efficiently while contributing to the team's throughput and equipment availability objectives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in a highly disciplined environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results through rigor, precision, and teamwork.

Nous recherchons notre futur.e Technicien.ne Développement Process pour rejoindre notre équipe Process R&D située à notre centre d'innovation (VIC) à Grenoble pour une durée de 6 mois.   En tant que tel.le, vous êtes chargé.e de soutenir les activités de développement du processus de formation (charge-décharge, vieillissement des cellules, etc.) pour les cellules lithium-ion en laboratoire et à l'échelle pilote.    En étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs de développement des processus de formation, vous exécuterez des tests de formation et de vieillissement, utiliserez et entretiendrez l'équipement de formation, et veillerez à la collecte de données précises.    Ce rôle est axé sur l'expérimentation, la compréhension du processus et l'assistance technique.

YOUR MISSION We are looking for a TWO motivated Compounding Operators ready to work in shifts in Visp and make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. Your area of responsibility includes: * Control and execution of the manufacturing of product solutions on a pilot scale, the core of liquid pharmaceutical filling. * Active involvement in the operation of our highly automated, modern filling plant. You monitor the process and perform essential activities on the isolator. * Supporting the Line Supervisor/Anlagemeister during the mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling plant. * Ensuring complete, precise documentation of all manufacturing steps and adherence to the strictest quality standards through product controls using laboratory equipment. * Joint responsibility for the strict adherence to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP). * Proactive contribution within the production team towards the continuous further development and optimization of work processes. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who is ready to actively grow with us, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced cooperative spirit. The ideal candidate will have: * Completed apprenticeship as a Chemical / Biological Laboratory Technician (Chemie-/Biologielaborant:in) or an equivalent qualification. * Some professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or QC Operator. * Possess practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and are proficient in the GMP environment. * Dedicated team player with very good German language skills, both written and spoken. * Open to new ideas and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. * Flexibility and motivated to continuously develop within our dynamic environment.
