report to the Head of Supply Chain and play a key part in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating with global suppliers, and
driving continuous improvement across our operations.
The primary focus of this role is to drive strategic sourcing initiatives that strengthen supplier relationships, improve total
cost of ownership, mitigate supply risks, and support business growth. In addition to leading category management and supplier
negotiations, you will also contribute to operational procurement activities when needed, ensuring continuity of supply and
supporting the wider purchasing team with tasks such as purchase order management, delivery expediting, and supplier
communication. Success in this position requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to be hands-on when required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Sourcing Manager, you will:

performance, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, and contract negotiations, including the introduction of new suppliers
to support business growth, risk mitigation, and competitiveness.
- Ensure supplier capacity and capability are aligned with current and future business requirements, proactively managing supply
risks and supporting production needs.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier development initiatives to deliver sustainable improvements in
performance and total cost of ownership.
- Utilize SAP extensively in daily operations, maintaining supplier master data, tracking deliveries, monitoring supplier
performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Improve procurement processes through digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP and other
procurement tools.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure sourcing strategies, supplier
capabilities, and capacity plans support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and long-term strategic
partnerships.
- Actively support operational purchasing activities when required, including delivery expediting, escalations and supplier
communication, to ensure uninterrupted supply and smooth supply chain operations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This is a senior-level role for someone with solid hands-on experience. We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement of mechanical components
(mechanical category experience is required) within a demanding industry such as semiconductors, medical equipment, automation,
or a comparable field
- Hands-on expertise with SAP (or equivalent ERP), with proven ability to use it as a daily working tool for procurement and
supplier management
WHY JOIN US?
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain strategy and efficiency. You will be part of a
dynamic and collaborative team, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation.
