Sourcing Manager

We are happy to open a new Sourcing Manager position in our Purchasing and Category team at our Kulosaari, Helsinki office. In

this role, you will make assortment decisions, build strong partnerships, and develop the purchasing strategy together with the

buying team and the Purchasing and Category Director.

We are looking for a sourcing professional with several years of experience in retail purchasing, supplier management, and private

label sourcing. We value experience in e-commerce business as well as solid expertise in product data management and product

assortment development.

In the Sourcing Manager role, you will be responsible for the sourcing and category development of designated product categories.

Your work includes contract negotiations, maintaining supplier relationships, and monitoring sales, margin, purchase volumes,

stock levels, and supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with Buyer colleagues and the product management team and

actively participate in the selection of new products and brands. You will report to the Purchasing and Category Director.
