Team Development & Learning Partner at atNorth
Great teams don’t just happen. Someone has to notice when a team is stuck, ask the right questions and help everyone find a better
way to work together. At atNorth, we want that person to be you. If you’re an experienced team developer who reads a room well and
wants your work to matter, we’d like to hear from you.
We’re growing fast across five countries. New teams form, established teams take on new members, and colleagues in different
countries and time zones depend on each other every day. That brings energy, and sometimes friction. As our Team Development &
Learning Partner, you’ll help our teams get through both and come out stronger.
You’ll work closely with managers to understand what their teams need, then design and run the right interventions, from kickoff
and reset workshops to conflict resolution and cross-country collaboration sessions. You’ll coach managers on team dynamics and
difficult conversations, and you’ll turn what you learn from teams into practical learning content that helps the whole
organization.
You’ll be part of our Leadership, Learning & Development team and work closely with your team, our P&C Managers (Business
Partners) and team leaders. Our team runs learning activities across the whole organization, so an interest in the broader
Learning & Development field and a wish to deliver different kinds of learning is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate team kickoff and team reset workshops for new, growing and established teams to ensure collaboration,
performance and satisfaction
- In close collaboration with our Leadership Development Partner and P&C Managers, coach our leaders on team dynamics and
difficult team conversations
- Design and deliver team-focused learning content, such as team effectiveness, collaboration and feedback modules, together with
the Learning & Development team
Your profile:
- You have cross-cultural awareness and experience working with distributed teams; a team coaching certification (e.g. ICF Team
Coaching or ORSC) or a team development tool certification (e.g. Insights Discovery or DISC) is a strong plus
About the atNorth Culture
We believe that sustainable success starts with the wellbeing of our people. For us, an open, transparent, and inclusive culture
is more than a priority, it is the core of how we lead and innovate.
We don’t just talk about culture; we nurture it. Through regular one-to-one engagements and monthly wellbeing surveys, we listen
carefully to our teams, ensuring that every voice is heard and every opportunity for improvement is embraced.
We recognize that innovation and collaboration thrive where people feel truly connected, which is why we come together each week
to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and nurture a sense of belonging, sometimes over a simple breakfast and good
conversation.
At atNorth, we are building a community where you can do your best work and shape a sustainable future together.
