Shift Supervisor

We are now looking for a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading our team of Fleet Specialists in Copenhagen.

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead a team of Fleet Specialists. You will divide your time between performing tasks in-field (80%) and

managerial duties (planning, training, performance follow-ups of the team)(20%).

• Managing your team – Create shiftplans, cultivate team performance, and proactively enhance processes when unmet expectations

are met. Supervise your team's activities, ensuring tasks are conducted efficiently and safely

• Upholding Quality Standards – Collaborate with your team to identify and rectify damaged or misplaced vehicles, ensuring tidy

parking spots and restoring fallen vehicles

• Cultivating Talent – Interview, train, and nurture Fleet Specialists to ensure year-round operational success, aligned with

performance targets
