Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate Location: Central Helsinki (Bulevardi) | In-Office (5 days/week with flexibility) Target Markets: USA & Western Europe About Inven At Inven, we build the AI platform for M&A that empowers the world’s top dealmakers—including private equity firms, corporate M&A teams, consultancies, and investment banks—to map the private market. The Role As an GTM Associate , you will operate in a full-cycle, "eat-what-you-kill" model—meaning you own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: sourcing high-value enterprise accounts, booking your own pipeline, running high-touch tailored demos, navigating complex procurement cycles, and closing deals. You will join a tight-knit sales team of 10 as one of the founding reps. Joining early means larger untouched territories, higher upside, and direct influence on our enterprise GTM strategy. What You'll Do Sourcing, prospecting, and closing high-value enterprise accounts across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, and Strategy Consulting firms. Run full-cycle deals from cold outreach and discovery to executive presentation, business case ROI framing, and legal contract sign-off. Partner directly with executive leadership to refine our messaging, playbook, and sales tactics Who we're looking for Comfort with cold prospecting, pipeline generation, demo presentation, deal negotiation, and closing enterprise-grade contracts. Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in management consulting, private equity or investment banking = you know how to talk to our clients because you used to be one Ownership mindset: you take initiative and drive results without waiting for direction A genuine customer-first approach: empathetic, entrepreneurial, and good at building trust Flexibility to work across global time zones Strong written and verbal communication in English and another additional language A master level university degree in business or a related field with a good track record Your trajectory At Inven, you're not a cog in a large corporate machine.
