Risk Analyst (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Nordic in Oslo and help turn complex market data into clear insights that guide our trading and risk decisions. If

you're quantitatively minded, curious, and keen to grow in energy risk management, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

• Analyse market, portfolio and position data, monitoring risk measures and limits to identify and explain exposures

• Work closely with risk colleagues across the organisation and with trading and origination teams to improve risk analysis,

reporting and related processes

• A degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics or a related

field

• Practical experience using data-analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Excel and Power BI – familiarity with Databricks is an

advantage

• A genuine interest in energy markets and risk management; prior experience in either area is an advantage, but not a

requirement

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in risk management, quantitative analysis, or risk modelling. Even if

you don't meet all the requirements, we look forward to your application – recent graduates with strong quantitative skills and a

clear interest in energy markets are encouraged to apply.
