The US base pay for this position is $80,000.00 USD. In addition to the base rate, this role is eligible for a target commission
of $72,000.00 USD annually (based on 100% quota attainment). Your actual compensation will vary based on performance against sales
targets.

YOUR PROFILE We’re looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to help us scale our impact across the globe. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Take full ownership of end-to-end deal cycles - prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, close * Penetrate and win new enterprise accounts (80% new logo, 20% upsell/cross-sell) * Drive complex deals from outreach to contract, with full accountability for results and forecasts * Build and execute strategic account plans, engaging early in customer buying cycles * Navigate long sales cycles across multiple stakeholders from bottom to the top (IT, Procurement, Legal) * Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Legal to move deals forward * Leverage tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, and ContractBook to manage pipeline and communications * Represent Cenosco globally – travel to meet key customers and attend major industry events WHAT YOU'LL NEED * Fluency in Russian is required to effectively serve our customers across Central Asia and the CIS region (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and others) * Experience working in South Eastern Europe and CIS markets * Currently based in Europe * 5–7+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience in scale-up or high-growth environments * Proven success closing mid-to-large deals (>$500k ARR) in complex buying environments * Strong domain knowledge or experience selling to Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, or Petrochemical industries * Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and resilient attitude * Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to build C- and VP-level relationships from scratch and guide them through the buying process * A collaborative spirit, problem-solving mindset, and the drive to win * Willingness to travel internationally as needed (30%+) WORKING LOCATIONS * Europe - Remotely * The Hague - Hybrid WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US * Work in a fast-growing and interesting industry * Flexible work that best fits your needs and the role * Competitive compensation with some nice additional perks * Continuous improvement and learning opportunities to grow your career * Team activities, not the usual one just to look nice on social media but what our team choose and ask for * A great team of engaged, passionate and helpful people

Your role in the Shift adventure will be to grow the Health Insurance business in the United States! The Payment Integrity solution we provide is key to our customers and you will be managing C-level relationships within the country's Health insurance ecosystem. * Develop and implement strategic territory plan to ensure Shift exceeds its revenue objectives * Identifying new opportunities and the right customer stakeholders within Healthcare * Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges; * Work on and submit proposals and contracts to customers. What you bring... * Have at least 5 years of successful experience selling large, complex enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to Insurance Payers business units (Utilization Management, Provider Management, CFO, SIU) * Have a deep Health Plan knowledge * Have existing relationships within the Payer ecosystem * Drove SaaS selling of $500K and above across a multiyear contract * Worked with a partner ecosystem to deliver results and scale * Have an understanding of pipeline creation, and a keen ability of negotiation skills * Have excellent communication skills, including oral written, and non-verbal; you know how to make complex things feel simple; * Can tailor communication to the customer’s needs with confidence, and can effectively deliver memorable presentations leveraging storytelling skills; * Are a strategic thinker to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible pain points and implicit needs; * Are effective at networking and can identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals * Can manage multiple opportunities simultaneously #LI-MG1 #LI-REMOTE The range listed is for base compensation. Your actual base salary will vary based on factors including location and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
