Group Transport Operations Manager

As our new Group Transport Operations Manager, you will join our Group Logistics organization in Denmark in a full-time position,

reporting to Group Transport Manager.

You will join a flat and collaborative organization where responsibility, transparency, professional competence, interdependency,

and continuous improvement are central to how we work.

This role operates in an international matrix organization and requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You

will coordinate transport activities across countries and functions, align resources and priorities with local managers, and

ensure that processes and standards are consistently understood and followed. The successful candidate is self-driven, takes

ownership, and can create alignment around common goals without having direct managerial responsibility. Experience from a matrix

organization is a clear advantage.

• Drive carrier performance management through regular service reviews, collaboration assessments, and continuous service

improvement initiatives.

• Support and execute strategic transport initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of alternative transport

solutions and participation in transport tenders.

• Relevant experience within transport management, freight, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable operational

environment

• Relevant education within supply chain management, logistics, transportation, or a related field, or equivalent professional

experience
