Leadership Development Partner at atNorth
Most leadership roles let you improve a program. This one lets you shape how a fast-growing Nordic company develops its leaders.
atNorth is scaling quickly across five countries, and our leaders are building something new while they lead it. They need
development that fits their real situations: a first-time manager taking over a team at a new site, or a senior leader handling
growth, change and complexity at the same time. As our Leadership Development Partner, you'll be the person they turn to.
You'll design and deliver our leadership programs from first-time people managers to senior leaders. You'll coach leaders one to
one, facilitate cohorts and forums, and connect leaders across borders so they learn from each other. You'll also help shape how
we assess, promote and plan succession for our leaders, so your work will influence who leads atNorth in the future.
You'll work closely with the Manager of Leadership, Learning & Development, our P&C Managers (Business Partners) and the Learning
& Development team. You'll have real ownership: you choose facilitators and coaches, adjust programs based on what the data shows,
and recommend leader promotions. You also co-own the development, design and maintenance of leadership and people concepts.
If you're an experienced leadership developer who wants to see the results of your work, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the atNorth Leadership Development program for all leaders, along with customised and on-demand leadership
training modules (incl. training for employee satisfaction and wellbeing)
- Co-own and facilitate the atNorth leaders’ forums and Leadership Hub (self service) from content development, agenda setting to
follow-up actions
Your profile:
- You have solid experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, ideally in a multi-country organization,
in person and online
- You're a skilled coach, comfortable with both 1:1 leadership coaching and group coaching; an ICF (ACC/PCC) or equivalent
certification is a strong plus
- You combine strong business acumen with a good understanding of core People processes such as succession, promotion and
performance dialogues
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in speech, in writing and visually, and you can turn complex ideas into simple concepts
and processes

carefully to our teams, ensuring that every voice is heard and every opportunity for improvement is embraced.
We recognize that innovation and collaboration thrive where people feel truly connected, which is why we come together each week
