AI capabilities into a single operational environment. By helping energy operators monitor operations, identify risks, improve

decision-making, and optimise performance across wells and assets, the SiteCom team plays a key role in delivering safer, more

efficient, and more data-informed operations for customers around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a Vice President, SiteCom Growth to lead the commercial growth of SiteCom, Falkor's real-time operational

intelligence platform for drilling and well operations.

Reporting to the SVP SiteCom, you will be responsible for driving global revenue growth, expanding our customer footprint, and

strengthening SiteCom's position as a leading solution for drilling, wells, and operational performance.

You will lead a global team of commercial professionals while working closely with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer

Success to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on

commercial execution and is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing teams, building customer relationships, and personally

driving high-value opportunities to closure.

As a key member of Falkor's commercial leadership team, you will play an important role in shaping the future growth of SiteCom

and accelerating digital transformation across the energy industry.

YOUR MISSION

Build and lead a high-performing commercial organisation that accelerates SiteCom's growth by helping customers improve drilling

and well operations through data, analytics, and operational intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP

Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of commercial professionals.

Create a high-performance culture focused on customer value, accountability, and commercial excellence.

Coach and support team members throughout the sales cycle, helping develop both commercial and industry capability.

Establish clear objectives, performance measures, and growth plans for the team.

REVENUE GROWTH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Own SiteCom's global revenue growth strategy and commercial performance.

Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and long-term customer value creation.

Personally lead strategic sales opportunities and executive-level customer engagements.

Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across operators, service companies, and industry partners.

Develop repeatable go-to-market approaches that support scalable growth across regions and customer segments.

INDUSTRY & MARKET LEADERSHIP

Act as a trusted advisor to customers by bringing deep understanding of drilling, wells, and operational workflows.

Identify market trends, customer challenges, and emerging opportunities that can influence product and commercial strategy.

Represent Falkor and SiteCom at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

Contribute to the development of SiteCom's market positioning and growth strategy.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Partner closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in product priorities and solution

development.

Work with Marketing to increase market awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer engagement.

Ensure commercial commitments align with successful customer outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Contribute to forecasting, business planning, and overall revenue management activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader who combines deep industry knowledge with a proven ability to drive software and

technology sales growth.

YOU WILL LIKELY BRING:

Significant leadership experience in commercial, sales, business development, or growth roles within the energy industry.

Strong domain expertise in drilling, wells, well operations, or related operational disciplines.

A proven track record of delivering revenue growth and winning complex enterprise opportunities.

Experience leading and developing commercial teams across international markets.

Strong understanding of software, digital solutions, SaaS, or operational technology platforms.

The ability to engage credibly with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A hands-on approach and willingness to actively participate in strategic sales opportunities when required.

You are equally comfortable defining commercial strategy and executing it. You enjoy building teams, developing customer

relationships, and helping customers solve complex operational challenges.
