As our Lead SEO & AEO Strategist, you will occupy a critical hybrid role designed to accelerate our presence and commercial growth

in the region. Built on a well-rounded background across search disciplines, you will actively drive both sales and client

success.

You will support new business by joining prospect meetings, pitching solutions, and shaping proposals. Once strategic clients

sign, you will lead their onboarding and set the direction during the first critical weeks before handing over to the delivery

team.

Together with local leadership, your main goal is to drive sales, grow our SEO & AEO revenue in the local market, and ensure our

priority clients thrive and stay with us for the long term.

• Drive Commercial Growth & Win Pitches: Act as the strategic face of SEO & AEO for the local market. Partner closely with local

BU leadership to architect compelling proposals, lead pitch presentations, and convert regional new business pipelines.

• Organic Upselling & Expansion: Audit and analyse existing client accounts to identify untapped organic growth, introducing

cutting-edge service lines such as Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) audits and holistic search roadmaps.

• Enable Client Solutions: Work closely with local Client Leads and Account Directors to demystify organic search and AEO,

empowering client teams to champion search as a primary commercial growth lever.

• Bespoke Strategy & Retainer Ownership: Move far beyond generic checklists. Architect and deliver tailored SEO & AEO strategies

directly aligned with clients’ business models across e-commerce, retail, and industrial manufacturing.

• Hands-on Technical Execution: Lead by example with deep-dive technical root cause diagnosis, entity-based search mapping, and

AEO tracking using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and emerging LLM visibility frameworks.

• Operational & Margin Excellence: Own your client deliverables transparently in our project management tool Teamwork. Maintain

tight control of account margins, accurate time allocations, and collaborate daily with SEO & AEO Operations Leads.

• Specialist Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Conduct structured 1:1s and quality reviews with central Craft Specialists on your

local accounts, while contributing to internal and external thought leadership to position Precis as the benchmark search

authority.

• Proven Leadership Skills: several years of experience working at a senior level, leading enterprise-level SEO and organic

growth strategies across diverse platforms with demonstrable commercial impact.

• Commercial Drive: A proven track record of contributing to winning pitches, client onboarding, and proactively growing retainer

revenue.

• Forward-Thinking on AEO & AI: A deep, curious understanding of how generative AI and large language models are transforming

user discovery, search engines, and answer engine visibility.

• Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Confident presenting complex, data-driven organic strategies to CMOs, Marketing

Directors, and senior client stakeholders with clarity and strategic impact.

• Collaborative & Empathetic Mindset: A true team player who partners smoothly across channels (Paid Media, Analytics, CRO,

Creative) and takes genuine pride in upskilling and mentoring specialists.

• Everyday Practitioner: An advanced, hands-on master of the modern search toolkit (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC)

who genuinely enjoys balancing high-level advisory with dedicated technical execution blocks.
