We’re looking for a smart, proactive and tech-savvy Revenue Operations Manager to help us bring more order, insight, and
scalability to how we work across sales, customer success and finance. If your dream job includes cleaning up data, automating
workflows, and making sure the commercial side of a business runs like clockwork, read on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our commercial teams. You’ll make sure we have clean data, sharp forecasts,
and smooth systems. You’ll also bring order to pricing, proposals, contracts, and help us make smarter decisions with better data.
Your day-to-day will include:
Track and analyze key metrics like NRR and ARR to support data-driven decisions.
Own the administration around customer agreements, pricing logic, and risk minimization.
Create quotes, presentations, and other sales materials that help close deals.
Build dashboards and reports that give teams the insights they need.
Support the Sales team with relevant tasks to maximize revenue and ensure alignment with company strategy.
Continuously improve and streamline processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and long-term impact.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re structured, business-minded, and quick on your feet. You know how to turn complexity into clarity and don’t settle for
“good enough” when it comes to tools or processes. You’ve worked in fast-moving environments and thrive when you get both
responsibility and speed.
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial/finance role, preferably in a B2B SaaS
environment
Experience with CRM administration and workflow automation (Upsales, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Comfortable working with SQL
Strong skills in Looker (or equivalent tools). Building reports, tracking churn, and surfacing insights that matter
Curiosity for new tools, AI, and clever hacks to boost sales efficiency
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
A sharp mind and a love for structure. You're the kind of person who gets things done and makes everyone else's job easier
