Now we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to help bring the next generation of industry-leading companies to Framna.

THE ROLE

As an Senior Account Executive, you will own the journey from identifying new opportunities to signing long-term partnerships.

This isn't transactional sales. We work with complex business challenges, long-term relationships and ambitious organizations

looking to create products that move their business forward.

You will:

Build relationships with prospective clients and create new business opportunities.

Own the sales process from first outreach to signed partnership.

Lead commercial conversations with senior decision-makers.

Develop tailored proposals together with our strategy, design and technology teams.

Build and manage your own pipeline while helping shape Framna's commercial growth.

Stay curious about emerging technologies like AI and how they are changing the way products are built.

Explore new opportunities with our clients by understanding how technology can shape the future of digital experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will probably thrive here if you:

Have 10 - 15 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

Enjoy opening doors and creating opportunities from scratch.

Are comfortable navigating complex tech sales processes with multiple stakeholders.

Combine commercial drive with genuine curiosity about people and businesses.

Show curiosity for new technology and how it is changing the way products are built. You actively explore how AI can enhance

your own work and are interested in discussing its impact with clients.

Speak Swedish and English fluently.

Most importantly, you are motivated by building long-term relationships, not chasing quick wins.
