Sjukvård och omsorg i Norrtälje (KSON) söker nu en handläggare av bostadsanpassningsbidrag.  Uppdraget Arbetet som handläggare av bostadsanpassningsbidrag innebär att du huvudsakligen arbetar med myndighetsutövning. Arbetet innebär en komplex kedja av händelser med många delmoment där du utreder, bedömer och beslutar om bidrag för enskilda invånare i Norrtälje kommun. Du och din kollega har egna ärenden där ni värderar intyg, bedömer sökta åtgärder av byggnadsteknisk art, bedömer kostnader för byggarbeten, skriver offertförfrågningar, hanterar offerter, skriver beslut och upprättar beställningar av entreprenadarbeten på enskilds uppdrag. Ni ansvarar också för utbetalningar och fakturahantering. Uppgifterna kräver kunskaper för att kunna göra tekniska bedömningar samt bedömningar av medicinska intyg. About the Role As Electrical Engineer at SeaPattern, you will be responsible for designing and integrating the electrical systems that power our turbine installations. The role includes everything from electrical architecture and cabinet design to testing, commissioning, and field support. You will take ownership of the electrical system throughout the development cycle — from early prototype stages to deployed operational systems — ensuring robust, compliant, and high-performing solutions. ABOUT THE ROLE Tandem Health is building technology that helps clinicians work more effectively, safely, and sustainably. As we scale, we want our support experience to be fast, reliable, and increasingly automated. Today, much of our clinician support is handled manually, with trained clinicians and internal teams responding to questions through Intercom. We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Lead to improve this. In this role, you will leverage the latest developments in AI to build a tech-enabled customer support function that is as automated as possible, while still maintaining excellent clinician satisfaction and clear human escalation paths when needed. You will own and improve our support setup in Intercom, creating better triage, automation, documentation, routing, and escalation processes. Your work will help clinicians get faster, higher-quality support, while giving our Engineering and Medical Operations teams more time back. This role is based in Stockholm and requires strong Swedish and English language skills. You will support clinicians in Sweden as well as other markets, including the UK. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build an AI-enabled first line of support for clinicians, using Intercom and other tools to automate common questions and workflows. * Own and improve our Intercom setup, including inbox structure, workflows, bots, macros, tagging, routing, and reporting. * Create a clear triage and escalation system so support issues are prioritised and routed to the right team. * Identify recurring support themes and turn them into automation, help centre content, playbooks, or product feedback. * Work closely with Product & Engineering and Medical Operations teams to resolve issues and reduce manual support load. * Build and maintain support documentation, internal guides, clinician-facing content, and troubleshooting workflows. * Define when support should be automated, when a human should step in, and when issues should escalate. * Track support performance, including response times, resolution times, automation rate, escalation rate, and clinician satisfaction. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience in technical support, customer operations, support operations, product operations, or a similar role. * Strong interest in AI and automation, with excitement about applying new tools to real operational problems. * Experience working with Intercom or a similar customer support platform. * A technical mindset: you can investigate issues, understand product behaviour, and work effectively with Product and Engineering. * A systems mindset: you do not just want to answer the same question repeatedly; you want to build a better support system. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. * Good judgement around when to automate, when to involve a human, and when to escalate. * Comfort creating documentation, workflows, playbooks, and support processes from scratch. * A strong customer focus and care for delivering a high-quality clinician experience. YOUR MISSION AT VOI Voi is maturing fast. We've issued bonds that are traded on Nasdaq Stockholm's regulated market, and we're now taking our Finance function through the next phase - building the processes, controls and reporting needed as we continue to grow and mature as a company. As Financial Controller, you'll join our Group Reporting and Control team in Stockholm and play a key part in that journey, with a strong focus on group reporting and consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Reporting to our Head of Finance Control, you'll take ownership of financial reporting and compliance for your jurisdiction(s), and be the go-to expert making sure our financial results are accurate, timely and built to the highest standard - working closely with accountants, FP&A and external auditors as we scale across markets. This will include: * Playing a key role in group reporting and the preparation of our consolidated financial statements under IFRS, as we continue to build the maturity and processes needed to meet the highest standards of financial governance and external reporting needed for full IPO readiness. * Driving alignment on new regulations and IFRS standards across jurisdictions, and making sure accounting policies and processes stay streamlined and consistent at group level, whilst maintaining compliance on local statutory reporting. * Mapping risk and strengthening internal controls across the group, escalating anything that needs attention and driving improvements to our accounting and financial reporting processes. * Owning and running group finance projects independently - from new reporting standards to assessing the impact of new business lines on our consolidated reporting. * Championing the use of AI and automation across Finance Control, identifying where they can speed up reporting, reconciliations and controls, and raise the quality of our output. * Owning specific, assigned areas of group reporting - spanning both our consolidated accounts and processes that run across all jurisdictions - while also taking ultimate responsibility for financial reporting and compliance in your assigned jurisdictions, such as annual reports, VAT and corporate income tax. * Leading the relationship with external auditors across your jurisdictions and playing a key role in the group audit. * Planning and coordinating the month-end close at group level, setting direction and distributing work across contributors based on workload, complexity and seniority. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We're looking for a senior, structured finance professional who takes ownership and thrives working across teams and jurisdictions at group level. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has: * A university degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field. * 8+ years' experience in financial reporting and controllership, with a strong track record owning group reporting, consolidation and external audit processes at a senior level. * Solid working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with hands-on experience preparing or reviewing consolidated group financial statements, annual reports, VAT reporting and corporate income tax filings. * Proven experience leading external audit relationships end to end, including the group audit. * Experience working across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions in an international organisation, with a strong understanding of group-level consolidation. * Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, consolidation and financial reporting systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP or similar). * The ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional work without formal people management authority, and to translate complex financial detail for senior, non-finance stakeholders. * A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, and a drive to streamline and improve accounting processes at group level. * Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality. * Experience from a listed company environment, or from scaling finance functions to meet public-market standards, is highly meritorious. * A track record of preparing for and adopting new IFRS standards is a strong plus.
