I rollen ingår bland annat att: Stötta i frågor kring offentlighet och sekretess samt GDPR, kommunallag, förvaltningslag, dataskydd och annan lagstiftning. Genomföra juridiska utredningar inom olika sakområden. Skriva fram ärenden till kommunstyrelsen. Handlägga vissa överklaganden. Upprätta yttranden till myndigheter, medborgare och andra aktörer. Vara kommunens ombud vid förhandlingar och vid rättsliga processer i domstol. Du har kunskaper inom digitaliseringsjuridik eller är intresserad av att lära dig. Arbetet är omväxlande med många kontakter, främst interna och då som rådgivare och utbildare i juridiska frågor. Internutbildning förekommer i viss utsträckning. Det är viktigt att du aktivt följer rättsutvecklingen och tar de initiativ som behövs för att kommunen ska vara uppdaterad på de regler som gäller. Din profil Du har ett strategiskt förhållningssätt som ser till kommunens bästa och din vägledning stödjer frågor inom verksamhetsutveckling och digitalisering för långsiktigt värdeskapande. Som person är du analytisk och noggrann. Du har förmåga att strukturera komplicerade frågor samt har ett innovativt förhållningssätt och gott omdöme.
