Who you are: * 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management at a large financial institution, large tech company or other (global) corporation, in a second-line capacity (internal or consulting). * Hold a foundational understanding of one or more of the core components of strategic risk; e.g., commercial, macroeconomic, competition, reputational, or product risk. * Have experience delivering on projects and ensuring tasks and projects stay on track to deliver measurable outcomes. * Possess a proactive, outcome-driven approach and are a lifelong learner. * Have a hands-on mentality and are ready to engage with challenges as part of a collaborative team. * Leverage strong communication skills to build relationships and support the adoption of best practices across different teams. Who you are * You have at least 5+ years experience with IT risk management, working with(in) the second line risk management or in technology risk consulting in a Big 4 firm or comparable. * Demonstrated experience in IT risk evaluations, IT Resilience best practices, Incident Management and Business continuity processes, as well as associate regulations such as DORA, NIS2 or recognized industry frameworks. * You feel comfortable explaining availability risks and resilience, IT excellence measures and processes to engineers but also to business stakeholders. * You have a solid understanding of commonly used technology stack (hardware, software, network and systems, on-prem or cloud environments), at the level required to identify risks or weaknesses and recommend tangible actions, design metrics to enable risk monitoring and oversight. * You are innovative, flexible with strong problem-solving capabilities and able to define effective processes and framework, when possible scaling them via automation.
