Minimum Qualifications We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - A Master of Laws (LL.M. or equivalent) with strong academic credentials. - Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience at a leading law firm, within M&A, corporate finance, banking and finance, or capital markets. Relevant in-house experience is also a merit. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactional workstreams, from term sheet to complete documentation through drafting, negotiation, and execution. - Strong analytical and drafting skills, with a commercial mindset. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across both legal and finance functions. - A collaborative team player, comfortable working and learning across two related but distinct financing disciplines. Arbetet innebär bland annat att i nära samarbete med berörda avdelningar ta fram och granska skrivelser till regeringen, inklusive författningsförslag och andra rättsliga underlag. Du stöttar även verksamheten i komplexa juridiska frågor och utvecklingsprojekt. Arbetet kan bland annat innebära att du: • deltar i och driver juridiskt arbete inom regeringsuppdrag och projekt • tar fram och granskar författningsförslag • genomför rättsutredningar och rättsliga analyser • ger juridiskt stöd inom frågor som rör EU:s gemensamma jordbrukspolitik • kvalitetsgranskar föreskrifter, avtal och beslut. KVALIFIKATIONER Oavsett inriktning arbetar du som verksjurist vid rättsenheten. BONESUPPORT söker en Legal Counsel till sitt Legal-team som vill vara med och bidra till att förbättra hälsa och livskvalitet hos patienter med skelettskador. OM ROLLEN Som Legal Counsel blir du en del av ett litet, växande Legal-team som arbetar med att ge juridisk rådgivning och praktiskt stöd till koncernledningen och andra delar av organisationen. Rollen fokuserar på Legal Governance och Compliance. Det innebär att du arbetar med att omsätta lag- och regelkrav till praktiska policies, processer och arbetssätt som gör det möjligt för vår verksamhet att bedrivas ansvarsfullt, transparent och i enlighet med lagar och regulatoriska krav. Rollen är internationell till sin karaktär och du samarbetar nära kollegor från olika länder där koncernen verkar. Tyngdpunkten ligger på dataskydd samt etik-, transparens- och antikorruptionsfrågor kopplade till interaktioner med hälso- och sjukvården. Du kommer även att arbeta med regelefterlevnad inom hållbarhet, cybersäkerhet och andra närliggande områden där organisationen behöver juridiskt stöd, tydliga processer och styrning för att möta externa krav. I takt med att koncernen växer och regelverken utvecklas kommer nya juridiska och regulatoriska frågeställningar aktualiseras. I rollen får du vara drivande i att vidareutveckla organisationens arbetssätt och utveckla specialistkompetens inom regulatoriska områden som blir allt viktigare för Legal-funktioner och samtidigt bygga en bred och affärsnära erfarenhet som bolagsjurist. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden innefattar följande: * Utveckla, implementera och följa upp policies, processer och arbetssätt för att säkerställa att företaget uppfyller relevanta lagkrav och regulatoriska krav. * Ge juridisk rådgivning och praktiskt stöd inom dataskydd och integritetsfrågor med fokus på GDPR och HIPAA, inklusive dataskyddsfrågor i kommersiella avtal, kliniska studier och andra strategiska projekt. * Ge juridisk rådgivning och praktiskt stöd inom interaktioner med hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal, med fokus på affärsetik, antikorruptions- och transparenskrav, inklusive konsult- och rådgivningsuppdrag och andra samarbeten. * Bidra till regelefterlevnad och vidareutveckling av företagets arbete inom hållbarhet, cybersäkerhet och andra närliggande compliance-områden. * Bevaka utvecklingen inom lagstiftning, regulatoriska krav och branschpraxis och proaktivt bidra till implementering av nya krav i verksamhetens vardag. * Ta fram och genomföra utbildningar inom relevanta områden. * Bidra i bredare juridiska frågor och strategiska projekt vid behov. Rollen är placerad på BONESUPPORTs huvudkontor i Lund och du rapporterar till Legal Director. VEM ÄR DU? Vi söker en självgående jurist som trivs med att ta ansvar och driva frågor från start till mål. Du ser juridiken som ett verktyg för affärsbeslut och motiveras av att se juridiken få genomslag i praktiska processer och arbetssätt. Du är nyfiken på att sätta dig in i nya rättsområden och att förstå MedTech-branschen och BONESUPPORTs affär. Vi ser framför oss att du har: * Juristexamen och cirka 2–3 års relevant erfarenhet från advokatbyrå, bolag eller annan rådgivande verksamhet. * Erfarenhet av dataskydd- och integritetsfrågor och intresse för att arbeta bredare med regulatoriska frågor. * Förmåga att kommunicera juridik på ett pedagogiskt och affärsnära sätt på både svenska och engelska. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från Life Science-branschen, annan reglerad verksamhet eller frågor kopplade till antikorruption och transparens, hållbarhet eller cybersäkerhet. Som person är du nyfiken, proaktiv, strukturerad och har god analytisk förmåga. Du har lätt för att bygga förtroendefulla relationer och uppskattar att samarbeta med andra som inte är experter inom juridik.
