I rollen som skolsköterska ingår bland annat: erbjuda och genomföra hälsosamtal, hälsobesök och vaccinationer enligt nationella riktlinjer och fastställt nationellt basprogram. att arbeta främjande och förebyggande med elevers hälsa, såväl fysisk, psykisk som social. finnas till hands för öppen mottagning. ge handledning och konsultation till skolans övriga personal. kontinuerligt och strukturerat samarbeta med övriga professioner i elevhälsan samt pedagoger vid skolan. samverka med externa aktörer och myndigheter. skapa relationer med elever och samverka med elever och vårdnadshavare.  Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska med någon av följande vidareutbildningar:  Specialistsjuksköterskeutbildning inom hälso- sjukvård för barn (75hp) Distriktssköterska (75hp) Skolsköterskeprogrammet (60hp) För tjänsten krävs B-körkort då du behöver kunna ta dig med bil mellan skolorna.
