Dina arbetsuppgifter I denna tjänst arbetar du huvudsakligen inom teknikområdet klinisk fysiologi, i nära samverkan med kliniken för klinisk fysiologi och nuklearmedicin samt kollegor inom MFT. Arbetets innehåll kan komma att anpassas utifrån dina tidigare erfarenheter och intresseområden. Området klinisk fysiologi omfattar utrustningar och system för att mäta och bedöma kroppens funktioner – exempelvis hjärta, lungor, blodkärl och nervsystem. Exempel på utrustningar inom området är ultraljudsapparater, EKG, spirometri mfl. Utrustningen är vanligen nära knuten till en mjukvara och du har en viktig roll i förvaltningen av de medicintekniska mjukvarorna och kommer att arbeta i nära samverkan med IT-specialister, förvaltningsledare och vårdpersonal för att säkerställa att våra utrustningar och system uppfyller både tekniska och regulatoriska krav. Du är en viktig del av teamet och stödjer vårdverksamheten med teknisk kompetens och service. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: • Ansvar för underhåll, reparation, konfiguration och kalibrering av medicintekniska utrustningar och system. Via eget utförande och kontakt med leverantör. • Anskaffning och införande av nya medicintekniska utrustningar och system i form av upphandlingar, installationer, uppgraderingar etc. • Dokumentation och avvikelsehantering enligt gällande regelverk och rutiner. • Samarbete med vårdpersonalen för att stödja användningen av medicintekniska utrustningar och system och säkerställa dess korrekta användning. • Deltagande i arbetet med att fortlöpande utveckla våra rutiner och processer. Din kompetens Vi söker dig som är högskoleingenjör eller civilingenjör med medicinteknisk inriktning gärna med några års yrkeserfarenhet inom medicinsk teknik, mycket meriterande om denna erfarenhet ligger inom området klinisk fysiologi. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har goda IT-kunskaper och en förståelse för hur medicintekniska system samverkar med IT-infrastruktur. Today, much of our clinician support is handled manually, with trained clinicians and internal teams responding to questions through Intercom. We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Lead to improve this. In this role, you will leverage the latest developments in AI to build a tech-enabled customer support function that is as automated as possible, while still maintaining excellent clinician satisfaction and clear human escalation paths when needed. You will own and improve our support setup in Intercom, creating better triage, automation, documentation, routing, and escalation processes. Your work will help clinicians get faster, higher-quality support, while giving our Engineering and Medical Operations teams more time back. This role is based in Stockholm and requires strong Swedish and English language skills. You will support clinicians in Sweden as well as other markets, including the UK. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build an AI-enabled first line of support for clinicians, using Intercom and other tools to automate common questions and workflows. * Own and improve our Intercom setup, including inbox structure, workflows, bots, macros, tagging, routing, and reporting. * Create a clear triage and escalation system so support issues are prioritised and routed to the right team. * Identify recurring support themes and turn them into automation, help centre content, playbooks, or product feedback. * Work closely with Product & Engineering and Medical Operations teams to resolve issues and reduce manual support load. * Build and maintain support documentation, internal guides, clinician-facing content, and troubleshooting workflows. * Define when support should be automated, when a human should step in, and when issues should escalate. * Track support performance, including response times, resolution times, automation rate, escalation rate, and clinician satisfaction. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience in technical support, customer operations, support operations, product operations, or a similar role. * Strong interest in AI and automation, with excitement about applying new tools to real operational problems. * Experience working with Intercom or a similar customer support platform. * A technical mindset: you can investigate issues, understand product behaviour, and work effectively with Product and Engineering. * A systems mindset: you do not just want to answer the same question repeatedly; you want to build a better support system. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. * Good judgement around when to automate, when to involve a human, and when to escalate. * Comfort creating documentation, workflows, playbooks, and support processes from scratch. * A strong customer focus and care for delivering a high-quality clinician experience. BONUS POINTS * Experience building AI-powered or highly automated support workflows. * Experience with Intercom Fin, Zendesk AI, Ada, Decagon, Sierra, ChatGPT-based workflows, or similar tools. * Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, regulated products, or other safety-sensitive environments. * Familiarity with support analytics, product feedback loops, bug reporting, or QA processes. * Experience helping a support function move from manual and reactive to structured, scalable, and automated. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en medarbetare som är medicinteknisk ingenjör med erfarenhet av data/elektronik, men vi är öppna för sökande som har skaffat sig motsvarande kunskap genom erfarenhet. Du är bekväm med att konfigurera medicintekniska utrustningar mot andra system, har kunskap om klient/server-miljö och nätverksstruktur såväl teoretiskt som praktiskt. Du kommer i huvudsak arbeta med service av Regionens olika röntgenutrustningar på sjukhuset och i primärvården samt medverka i upphandlingar av dessa modaliteter. Stor vikt läggs på personlig lämplighet då arbetet kräver drivkraft och struktur, samtidigt som du måste kunna kommunicera med olika yrkesgrupper om de tekniska frågor som står att lösa. Förmåga att hålla många bollar i luften samtidigt och kunna prioritera i stressiga situationer är ett krav. Tjänsten innebär en hel del serviceresor i primärvården samt utbildningar och upphandlingsresor inom och utanför Sverige. Yrkesrollen har till uppgift att utreda komplexa samband, leverera rapporter och utforma utbildningar. About the Role As a Global Regulatory Specialist, you will join our Quality & Regulatory Affairs team to help ensure our medical devices and mounting systems meet global regulatory requirements. Please note: This is a hybrid role with 1–3 days per week onsite at our Stockholm office in Östermalm, especially during onboarding. Occasional international travel (10–20%) may be required and will be communicated in advance. In this role you will: Streamline regulatory processes and set a roadmap in collaboration Product & Development, QA, and Operations teams. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness. Review device classifications and regulatory challenges across markets. Maintain and update technical documentation (Annex II & III) and declarations of conformity, including EU Declaration of Conformity, in alignment with the associated technical documentation. Coordinate establishment of registrations and device listings with the FDA, Authorized Representatives, and Importers/Distributors. Support product registrations and market access activities (EU MDR Class I, FDA 510(k)-exempt Class II). Monitor regulatory changes and communicate implications to relevant teams. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a structured and collaborative regulatory professional who enjoys solving problems with a logical approach, works autonomously while contributing to strategic initiatives, and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with: A bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Electrical-Electronics or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs with hands-on experience with EU MDR (Class I) and FDA QSR. Experience with regulatory systems, document control tools, and QMS platforms and exposure to technical documentation, internal and external audits for regulatory compliance Strong organization, coordination and communication skills to engage auditors and communicating with stakeholders across functions and levels. Ability to break down complex regulatory topics clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in both spoken and written communication in English. Ideal candidates will bring: Familiarity with embedded systems and experience with IEC 62304. Experience with EU MDR (Class II/III).
