About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior BMC Helix Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise Service Management solutions built on the BMC Helix platform. In this role, you will work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support both business and IT operations. You will play a key role in defining solution architecture, integrations, workflows, automation, and reporting while ensuring the platform remains aligned with enterprise architecture principles and long-term modernization goals.
