As a supervisor in construction, civil engineering, and mining, you play a key role in leading and distributing daily work on-site. You coordinate subcontractors and ensure that the necessary machinery and materials are always in place. Additionally, you are responsible for making sure that work is carried out according to drawings and safety regulations, while also holding some personnel responsibility.
