Team & role overview As our new Senior Affiliate Manager at GoWish, you own the development, retention and growth of GoWish’s affiliate and brand partnerships across the US and European markets. You will manage relationships with affiliate networks and direct brand partners, negotiate commission structures and fixed-fee campaigns, and drive measurable commercial results. The role combines sales and partner management with performance monitoring, CRM discipline and process development, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives that support GoWish’s global growth. Responsibilities * Own sales, development and retention of a portfolio of affiliate and brand partners in the US and Europe, including upselling and renewal of existing agreements. * Negotiate CPA rates, premium placements and fixed-fee campaigns with brands and affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize and others). * Prospect and onboard new brand partners and affiliate programs through outreach and network relationships. * Monitor partner performance, identify lost or declining revenue early, and act on it. * Maintain accurate pipeline, deal status and partner data in the CRM. * Present GoWish’s media solutions and digital products to partners and networks. * Contribute to the development of new products, concepts and commercial initiatives. * Collaborate closely with the affiliate team and wider Commercial department, as well as Product, Marketing and leadership, to ensure alignment on commercial priorities. * Share knowledge and sparring with colleagues on product, networks and market developments. * Work independently, structured and results-oriented, with clear ownership of revenue targets. What we’re looking for 🌟 * Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate, media or adtech, with hands-on ownership of brand or partner relationships. * Proactive by default. You find the opportunity, approach and close it, without waiting for someone to hand it to you. * Commercially sharp and comfortable negotiating. * Structured and data-driven. You track your pipeline, spot declining revenue early and act on it. * Fluent in English, written and spoken. Team & role overview We're actually opening two positions on the team, at two different levels of seniority. * One for an engineer with 2-4 years of experience and meaningful, production-scale work behind them. * One for a more experienced engineer, with 4-6 years across one or two companies and a strong track record at production scale. The Product API team is the team behind the systems that turn billions of products into the fast, reliable data our users experience every day. You'll design and build high-performance backend services, push our web scraping and data pipelines to new scale, and help shape the architecture that keeps everything running smoothly as we grow. Responsibilities: * Develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript * Build and optimize advanced web scraping systems capable of handling billions of products daily * Implement real-time data pipelines and stream processing solutions using Kafka * Leverage in-memory caching with Redis to ensure extremely fast data retrieval and updates * Work closely with our distributed NoSQL databases to handle large-scale data effectively * Collaborate in a cross-functional team — taking an active part in architectural discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions What we’re looking for 🌟 We imagine that you have: * Strong expertise in Node.js and dependency injection frameworks such as NestJS * Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PubSub/Kafka or other stream processing tools * Proficiency in managing and optimizing NoSQL or SQL databases, with practical experience using Redis or other in-memory databases for caching * Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture * Experience managing distributed systems and microservices at scale It is further seen as an advantage to have experience with: * Designing and implementing efficient web scraping systems * MongoDB in production global / sharded use-cases * Multi-cluster / multi-regional deployments and databases, or Vector Search use-cases * AI applications at work — e.g. reviewer agents or similar * High-performance applications dealing with high I/O scenarios Why GoWish should sit at top of your career wish list 💙 At GoWish, we believe great work comes from people who feel energized, supported, and excited to show up every day. Team & role overview We are looking for a systems-minded Senior Machine Learning Data Engineer to our AI team to own the offline-to-online feature infrastructure that powers our real-time recommendation and search engines at scale. You will be building the low-latency data syncs and feature-serving layers that bridge our analytical warehouses with operational databases, caches, and Feature Stores. This is a role for a performance-driven engineer who excels at pipeline orchestration (Airflow, dbt), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Docker), and database tuning, ensuring our recommendation systems receive reliable data under strict low-latency SLAs. If you thrive on solving complex data synchronization challenges, scaling operational storage for millions of users, and acting as the operational bridge between Data Science and Backend Engineering - you will play a critical role in powering our product's core ML capabilities. What you'll do: * Offline-to-Online Feature Pipelines: Build and operate resilient feature pipelines syncing transformed data from analytical warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) into operational storage layers (e.g., AlloyDB, Redis, Feature Stores) to serve real-time ML recommendation models at scale. * Pipeline Orchestration and Transformations: Design, test, and maintain robust Apache Airflow DAGs and modular dbt transformations to automate end-to-end data ingestion and feature generation under strict low-latency SLAs. * Infrastructure as Code and Reliability: Provision, scale, and automate cloud data infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, implementing automated data quality testing and monitoring across all feature syncs. * Cross-Functional System Design: Partner directly with Data Scientists and Backend Engineers to define online/offline feature contracts, optimize database schemas for sub-second queries, and eliminate training-serving skew for millions of active users. What we’re looking for 🌟 We imagine that you have: * 4+ years of experience * Operational Data Pipelines: Proven experience moving batch features from analytical warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) into low-latency online stores (AlloyDB, Redis, Feature Stores) to serve real-time ML recommendation models. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deep hands-on experience provisioning, scaling, and managing cloud data infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and modern CI/CD automation pipelines. * Pipeline Orchestration & Transformations: Strong track record building, scheduling, and maintaining workflow orchestrations (e.g., Airflow, Dagster) and modular data transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt). * Database Performance Tuning: Advanced SQL skills across both OLAP and OLTP systems. Ability to optimize schemas, indexing, partitioning, and queries. It is further seen as an advantage to have experience with: * Production Feature Management: Experience managing Feature Stores (e.g., Feast, Tecton) or low-latency key-value stores (e.g., Redis) to serve online ML features with zero training-serving skew. * Real-Time OLA): Experience with ClickHouse, Pinot, Druid or others for ultra-fast aggregations over live event streams. * Event Streaming: Hands-on experience with streaming tools like GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, or Flink for real-time feature updates.
