We are Adage, a specialized data, analytics and AI boutique consultancy based in Stockholm. We help well-known Swedish enterprises, small to large, figure out what to do with their data — not in a theoretical sense, but in the sense of building strategies, operating models, and governance structures that change how organizations work. We go from boardroom to implementation, working at senior level on programs that move the business. Our founders bring deep experience in building and running large-scale analytics organizations, and our mission is to help clients move beyond hype to build data capabilities that deliver real business results. Demand for our work is strong and growing, and our ambition is clear: to become the leading data, analytics and AI consultancy in Sweden. Adage is part of the Newground Alliance, a network of independent niche consultancies that gives us access to approximately 300 specialists across disciplines — which means our consultants work in close exchange with leading experts well beyond Adage itself THE ROLE Adage is looking for experienced consultants with a management or strategy consulting background and a strong interest in data, analytics and AI. In this role, you will advise senior decision-makers at some of Sweden's largest enterprises on how to build, mature, and operationalize their data, analytics and AI capabilities in line with business strategies. You will work across the full spectrum of strategic and operational challenges in the data, analytics and AI space — from developing strategies and roadmaps to designing data operating models and leading transformation programs through to delivery. This isn't a niche technical role. It's a strategy role in a domain that's becoming the most important strategic lever most companies have where you will interact regularly with C-level stakeholders and need to communicate with clarity and authority at all levels of an organization. Typical engagements include: * Data and analytics strategy development and execution * Maturity assessments and capability roadmaps * Data operating model design and implementation, including governance and data management * Scoping, planning, and delivery leadership for data and analytics project and programs * Advisory and board-level communication YOUR PROFILE * 3-10 years of professional experience, with a foundation in management or strategy consulting at a recognized firm * Demonstrated experience or strong interest in the data, analytics and AI domain — whether from consulting engagements, or a subsequent role in industry * A proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at CXO level * Structured problem-solving skills, strong project leadership, and the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives * University degree, ideally at master's level, in a relevant field such as engineering, economics, statistics, or computer science * Fluency in both Swedish and English WHAT WE OFFER * Meaningful work with real impact. You will work alongside some of the most experienced data, analytics and AI leaders in the Nordics, on complex projects at major Swedish enterprises. Your work will directly shape how organizations use data to make better decisions. * Autonomy and balance. Adage offers a significantly better work-life balance than traditional management consulting. Our organization is flat, low on administration, and built on trust — you are in control of your own agenda. * A voice in building the company. At ~40 people, every consultant has genuine influence over how Adage develops — from the offerings we take to market to how we run client engagements. This is not a firm where you execute a playbook designed by someone else. * Competitive compensation along with a strong benefits package. * A broad ecosystem. Adage is part of the Newground Alliance (NGA), a network of independent niche consultancies with approximately 260 consultants, based in central in Stockholm. NGA provides access to cross-disciplinary expertise and a rich knowledge-sharing environment. * A diverse, international team that values inclusion and brings a range of perspectives to every engagement.
