We believe you are a technically curious person who enjoys being close to production processes, solving real problems and turning technical understanding into customer trust and business results. You are confident in explaining complex technical value propositions in a simple, credible way, both to customers and to the internal organization. You thrive in a global, cross-functional environment and maintain your drive and patience when supporting the adoption of a technology that is still building momentum in the market. What you know To succeed, you combine a commercial mindset with a strong technical and application expertise. You have an understanding of separation technology, ideally with exposure to Single Use separator systems. Key in this role is communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders at different levels. Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent technical education (biotechnology, chemical engineering, bioprocess engineering or similar). A few years of experience in sales or business development, in a complex technical sales-based environment. Familiarity with validation principles (IQ/OQ/PQ, GMP context) relevant to pharmaceutical production environments.
