READY FOR YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE? Bannerflow's vision is to become the leading Creative Intelligence Platform, helping enterprise brands predict, create and optimize advertising across every channel. What turns that vision into a powerful product is data. Every campaign, creative and impression on our platform generates a signal, and our data platform is how we turn that signal into intelligence our customers can act on. That same data foundation powers the next generation of our product: AI and agentic capabilities that predict performance, recommend the next move and optimize campaigns automatically. We are now increasing our investments in the data function that sits at the centre of this, and we are looking for a Head of Data to lead it. At Bannerflow, we build empowered and autonomous teams based on trust. We bring the energy of a fast-moving company together with the stability of a proven product and a strong enterprise customer base. You will join a team where ambitions are high, while we make sure to have plenty of fun along the way. We challenge ourselves, learn together, and celebrate what we achieve as a team. ARE YOU + BANNERFLOW = TRUE? We are looking for a Head of Data to lead and develop our Data function, spanning Data Platform, Product Data, Data Science and Analytics & BI. Today the Data team is small and recently established, around 3-4 specialists, who have built a production data platform and shipped our first Creative Intelligence capabilities. Your mandate is to build on that foundation and scale it. You will set the strategic and technical direction, ensuring we have the people, architecture and capabilities needed to turn data into better products, customer and commercial value, and better internal decision-making. You will stay close to the work, guiding architecture, data modeling and complex data decisions while building the capabilities and ways of working that enable the team and our data solutions to mature and scale. You will have full staff responsibility for the Data team, including team and capacity planning, hiring, performance and competence development. Reporting directly to our VP of Technology, you will be part of the Tech Leadership Team alongside our Chief Architect, Engineering Managers and Head of Delivery, helping shape the direction, priorities and development of Technology. YOU WILL: * Lead and grow the Data team, creating an environment of trust, autonomy and accountability through coaching, recruitment, career development and clear ways of working. * Own Bannerflow’s data strategy and priorities, translating company, product and commercial objectives into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes. * Enable Product and the business through data, acting as a Data counterpart for Product Managers, Tech and business stakeholders, and coordinating data planning and priorities across domains. * Ensure we have the right data architecture, setting technical direction and guiding architecture, data modeling and design together with specialists across Data and Tech. * Build our Data Science and AI capabilities, enabling valuable use cases to move from exploration into product experiences, customer intelligence and measurable business impact. * Drive analytics and data adoption, ensuring trusted and accessible data for BI, company KPIs, analytics and self-service decision-making across Bannerflow, while improving data literacy and adoption across the organization. * Own data governance and technology direction, ensuring appropriate quality, ownership, security and responsible use of data and AI, while guiding tooling, investments, vendors and build-vs-buy decisions. * Contribute to Technology’s strategic direction as part of the Tech Leadership Team, taking shared ownership of organizational development and cross-functional initiatives. SO, WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Proven experience leading and developing people within Data or a related area, with the ability to build high-performing teams and enable specialists to perform at their best. * A substantial hands-on data background, with enough technical depth in data modeling and architecture, with a broad understanding of Data Science and BI/Analytics, to effectively facilitate design discussions, guide specialists and challenge solutions. * The ability to set direction and priorities, navigate ambiguity and drive long-term initiatives while balancing strategic needs with practical execution. * A clear, informed point of view on how AI is changing data work itself, with a genuine interest in applying AI best practices to raise the productivity, quality and speed of the Data team, not just treating AI as a future product capability. * A product and business mindset, with experience using data in product development, translating customer and organizational needs into data capabilities and connecting those initiatives to measurable outcomes. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted data advisor, build alignment and enthusiasm across Product, Tech and the wider business, and make complex topics understandable. * Fluent in English and Swedish, and eligible to work full-time in Stockholm without restrictions. * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Not sure you check all the boxes? Apply anyway! WHY JOIN US? Our product vision depends on data, and the function behind it is still taking shape. You get the mandate to build on what is already in place: a small team, real influence, and a seat in the Tech Leadership Team from day one. We live our values of passion, collaboration and challenge in everything we do. We offer a hybrid work setup, competitive compensation including ITP1 pension, health allowance, parental leave top-up and private health care insurance. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds, experiences and abilities. If you are ready to lead and shape how data creates value at Bannerflow, we would love to hear from you.

Bannerflow is a PE-backed fast-growing global SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that enables enterprise brands to predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels. We're on a company-wide AI transformation journey, where AI and agentic workflows are becoming a core part of how we build and sell, with high expectations on adoption across all teams. We're now looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to work directly with our CEO and bring structure to how our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) operates. Where structure meets strategy You'll drive the commercial, financial and strategic analysis behind how we run the business - from pricing and board reporting, to the business cases behind our biggest bets and our budget narrative. You'll also take the lead on cross-functional operational projects as they arise, and you're expected to already work with AI as a default tool, and to keep finding new ways on how it can make us sharper. It's a rare seat: close enough to the CEO, ELT and our owners (Tenzing) to see how the company is really run, with enough analytical substance to shape what we decide. What you actually will do * Own the cadence around ELT meetings: build and coordinate agendas, document decisions and actions, and set up clear structures for following up on them. * Continue to build on and maintain a structured ELT knowledge base within our AI workspace - an "ELT mastermind" that keeps decisions, plans and key documentation captured, organised and easy to retrieve. * Put together board deck materials. * Partner closely with Commercial on pricing/packaging and other commercial deep-dives, and support our recurring SaaS KPI/board reporting cadence. * Build the case behind strategic bets; business cases, ROI, and the deeper numbers and evidence the board asks for when they push back on a recommendation. * Support budget planning and its narrative, for example support our 3-Year Plan model (Reforecast, BAU, growth drivers, Big Bets). * Take the lead on operational, cross-functional projects as they arise. * Act as a general assistant to our CEO, helping manage priorities and follow-ups. Who you are We're looking for a humble, structured, quantitative thinker who's comfortable building an analysis from scratch and defending it under scrutiny from experienced stakeholders. You're a true self-starter who takes ownership and moves quickly with minimal oversight, and you have the judgement to handle confidential ELT and board-level information with the utmost discretion. You're a strong fit if: * You have 2-4 years of post-grad experience in high-performance, analytical environments such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or VC/PE. * Have a bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field (e.g. economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline)" * High level proficiency at excel / google sheets * You already apply AI tools in your day-to-day work, and constantly look for ways AI can be an enabler within your area of responsibility. * You communicate fluently in English; Swedish is a plus. * You're comfortable moving fluidly between strategic, tactical and operational work. * You approach challenges with humility and have proven ability to earn the trust of senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Why join us? We live alongside our values of Collaboration, Passion, and Challenge; with many events going on at Bannerflow such as padel tournaments, webinars, Friday beers, and Level-up Hackathons, there's something for everyone. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. We offer a hybrid workplace and a competitive compensation package including pension according to ITP1, health allowance, parental leave top-up, and health care insurance. Sounds like you? We'd love to hear how you'd bring structure, insight, and curiosity to our team. Apply now and become part of our journey!
