Exciting Opportunity Ahead!!  Betsson Group is looking for a Head of AI​. The Wow​ We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead our AI initiatives across the company. This strategic leadership role involves establishing a Center of Excellence, promoting the integration and utilization of AI across the organization, spearheading innovative AI solutions, and enhancing our suite of products and services by embedding AI and machine learning to achieve company’s business outcomes supporting the accelerated growth pace. A taster of what you will be involved with: ​ • Strategic Leadership:​ • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals, drives innovation into company’s products and services and optimize our technology operations and development life cycle. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and ensure competitiveness. • Direct the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies, including Generative AI and MLOps. • Team Building and Leadership: • Establish and scale a high-performing AI team, including recruiting and mentoring top talent. • Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. • Provide leadership, set clear performance objectives, KPIs and support professional development of the team • Serve as the lead point of contact across multiple teams, ensuring cohesive progress on AI projects • Solution Development and Implementation: • Design and deploy a framework and a platform to leverage and standardize the utilization of AI and Machine learning across the company • Design and develop advanced machine learning models and responsible AI solutions to support real-time and very low latency applications. • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. • Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and algorithms to ensure they deliver accurate, reliable results. What we are looking for​ • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in AI Field, have developed AI solutions and products, with significant experience in a leadership role within a high-growth AI environment. Proven ability to manage and scale AI teams and developing cutting edge solutions with AI and Machine Learning embedded for large and complex production environments with real time requirements. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex Data/AI/ML projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in AI technologies, event driven and real time data analytics environments, development and utilization of machine learning algorithms, MLOps, online feature stores for real time low latency applications, Generative AI Cloud Frameworks and Prompt/Agent Engineering • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI and ML space to proactively implement improvements, suggest innovative ways and ensuring Betsson remains at the forefront of innovation in this dynamic field. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a robust understanding of business operations and market dynamics to innovate. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and translating complex AI concepts into clear business strategies to be communicated to the C-Level Management and manage different stakeholders at different levels of seniority and skills. The Wow​ As Head of Sportsbook Product – Data & AI, you will define the vision and roadmap for one of our most strategically important domains. Working at the intersection of sportsbook product, data / data science and AI, you will identify the opportunities that matter, build new capabilities with internal teams and partners, and help make AI a genuine differentiator for the Betsson Sportsbook A taster of what you will be involved with: ​ • Set the overall vision & direction for the Data & AI stream   • Own & manage the roadmap for the Data & AI stream  • Ensure the respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook Data & AI domain – Quality assure prioritized use cases  • Manage the team of product managers & product owners within the Data & AI domain  • Build out the Betsson SB AI capabilities to support a rich customer experience and to promote operational efficiencies (as prioritized in the Data & AI roadmap) Both inhouse built use cases and using third party products   • Support the adoption journey in SB Product regarding AI – Facilitating adoption of AI tools and sharing best practices   • Drive out synergies in the Data & AI Domain with other teams outside of Sportsbook What we are looking for​ • Strong Domain Experience from SB and the igaming industry • Extensive experience working within the Data Domain – Strong grasp of machine learning, data science, and model development practices • Excellent command of the AI tooling landscape • Previous experience as a people manager managing teams of Product Owners & Managers within the Data Domain • Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar What we offer​ Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN! The Wow​ We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer​ to build best in class applications and solutions at Betsson Group. You’ll develop AI solutions and applications, context systems and AI Agents, maintain and enhance multiple AI system and products, research frontier models and collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services used by millions of players. This is an opportunity to work with bleeding edge technology, build world-class products.   A taster of what you will be involved with: ​   • As an engineer, your focus will be on developing and maintain, modular and reusable systems, explore new technologies and find solutions to enhance our products. • You’ll participate on design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute directly to our codebase.  • You’ll also play a key part in building a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Whether reviewing code, or supporting other engineers and tech lead..   What we are looking for:​   • Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI Applications • Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering • Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP • Experience on developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain • Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity     What we offer​ Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
