Cision

This is a necessary backfill to maintain capacity and business continuity within the Support organization. The role is essential to supporting our Cision and PR Newswire customers and managing the ongoing operational workload. Inclusive of our current new projects, moving CPNE clients to Amplify, assisting products with CPNE compliance, and conducting our New Member Verification check for EMEA new client sign-ups/account openings. Filling the position will ensure we can maintain our current service levels, meet customer demand, and provide a consistent customer experience.
