About the role: We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated salesperson to join us on our journey towards #ForeverCaring in Ostomy Care. In this role, you will be the partner for our most valuable Health Care Professionals (HCPs), ensuring they receive the best service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you are helping HCP's to achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec. The successful candidate will be located in the South of Sweden (Gothenburg or Malmo regions). Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sell Convatec’ s ostomy care products and services to HCP's (ET-nurses) Building and maintaining strong relationships with HCP's and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services Developing and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts (hospitals) Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCP's, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting customers face-to-face and organizing local and national events together with Marketing Meet country and territory sales targets Contributing to regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance HCP's partnerships Contributing to country tender process Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand Convatec’ s market share in the market Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and Ostomy Specialist/Inside Sales team, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer expectations Staying updated with Ostomy Care market trends and market developments, anticipating changes in customers' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements About you: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or Nursing Min 3 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialty Willingness to travel up to 80% of your work schedule Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and CRM software Critical Thinking/Problem Solving Oral/Written Communications Strong Interpersonal Skills Teamwork/Collaboration You should live in the Territory Language Skills: Swedish native English writing/reading fluent Working conditions Field based Our products make a big difference every day. Erfaring med systematisk fejlfinding, problemløsning og gerne RCA (Root Cause Analysis) vil være en fordel. Hvis du er lidt nørdet på din egen måde, trives med tekniske udfordringer og får tilfredsstillelse af at optimere udstyr, forbedre OEE og skabe stabile processer med høj kvalitet og produktivitet, vil du sandsynligvis passe godt ind hos os. Erfaring fra medico-, pharma-, fødevare- eller andre regulerede produktionsmiljøer er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Har du ikke erfaring fra et reguleret miljø, sørger vi for, at du får den nødvendige oplæring i procedurer, dokumentation og kvalitetskrav. Du behersker dansk flydende i skrift og tale og kan kommunikere på engelsk i en teknisk hverdag. Derudover har du flair for IT og er fortrolig med almindelige værktøjer som Microsoft Office.
