In this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe and engaging workplace. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Production Supervisor for assembly area, you will lead and coordinate the daily work of employees, ensuring production meets targets for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost. You will work close to the operation, prioritizing activities based on production needs and customer demands. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of production employees in daily operations Ensure production targets are met across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost Follow up and act on daily KPI´s and drive improvements Prioritize and allocate resources based on production needs and customer requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions Ensure compliance with work environment, safety, and environmental standards (incl. chemical handling) Maintain proper documentation and deviation management Build a strong team culture through clear communication and feedback Collaborating to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Work may include evenings and weekends according to production schedule. WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE We believe you are a structured and engaged leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. We see that you have: A technical background (education or equivalent experience). Experience in a similar leadership role from before is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of production, manufacturing and continuous improvement (Lean/WCM is a plus). Experience in press operations (press, stamping, bending) is highly meritorious. Confident in communicating in both Swedish and English. Confidence in both giving and receiving feedback. Strong prioritization skills and capability to lead work under with short deadlines. This is a temporary position, with a length of 12 months and with possibility for extension, during a maternity cover. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We are looking for a Logistic Planner to join our team. In this central role, you will act as a key link between multiple stakeholders, take responsibility for maximizing customer delivery service levels while ensuring cost-efficient supply planning. Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and external suppliers, you will play a key role in securing product availability and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain. Your main responsibilities will include: Plan and monitor purchase orders, replenishment orders, and deliveries to ensure high product availability and customer service levels. Optimize inventory levels while balancing service, cost, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Suppliers to secure an efficient and reliable supply chain. Create and execute supply and delivery plans supporting business changes, such as product range updates and logistics flow changes. Drive forecast accuracy through close cooperation with commercial teams and other key stakeholders. Identify supply chain risks and challenges, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions. Act as contact person in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively manage planning parameters and processes to ensure the best possible planning outcomes. Success in this role will be measured through: Customer Service Level Inventory Turnover Product Availability Process Improvement WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Any experience within supply planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actions. Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement. Advanced skills in Excel and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
