About Flatpay Flatpay makes card payments simple and fair for small businesses. Marketing is central to how we grow, and we run it as a measurable acquisition engine where curiosity, experimentation and commercial results drive our decisions. We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to lead our network of affiliates, publishers and lead generation partners across all of our markets. The role In six months, affiliate went from zero to one of our most important channels. Now we need someone to take it further. You like meeting people, spotting opportunities and turning a good conversation into a partnership that performs. You can negotiate a strong deal and still leave the other side wanting to work with you again. And signing is only the start: you will follow each partnership through the funnel, understand what makes it profitable and make it better. This is a group function. You will report to our Head of Group Marketing, work with colleagues across creative, paid media and analytics, and have real autonomy. We want fewer approval steps, not more. You will need to be self-driven, and in return you will learn a lot across teams and functions. What you'll do Find new partners. Identify promising affiliates, publishers and lead generation partners, start the conversations and build a pipeline across our markets. Negotiate deals that last. Agree pricing, commission structures and terms that support profitable growth for us and a sustainable relationship for them. Turn good partners into great ones. Set clear expectations and help partners improve their campaigns, placements and results. Look beyond the lead. Follow the journey from lead to booked meeting to customer, and weigh acquisition cost against customer value. Make the call. Recommend when to scale, renegotiate, pause or end a partnership. Fix what is leaking. Work with partners, the analytics team and sales to find where performance breaks down, then test hypotheses. Own the roadmap and reporting. Set the partner roadmap, run onboarding, tracking and commission validation, and report on what the channel delivers. Work smarter with AI. Use AI as an assistant to find partners, analyse results and speed up daily work. It supports your judgement and never replaces it. How we work Quality first, then scale. We would rather have fewer, better leads than many weak ones, but we are not afraid to test. One high-potential partner was trialled in one market and, two months later, was live in five and our biggest partner in the group. Shared decisions where it counts. You will set commission models and budgets together with the Head of Group Marketing, so we stay aligned across channels. Who you are You have experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships or lead generation, with responsibility for partner relationships and measurable results. You are a strong negotiator who understands the other side’s incentives and can have a direct conversation when something needs to change. You are commercially sharp and comfortable turning data and spreadsheets into a clear recommendation. You are curious. You ask why, test your assumptions and change your mind when the evidence says so. You take initiative and follow through, and you are happy moving fast where not every process exists yet. You communicate clearly in English. Additional languages are a plus. Experience with B2B lead generation, platforms such as Impact, Awin or PartnerStack, or tracking and attribution is an advantage. We can more about your judgement, results and ability to learn than about tool familiarity. What we offer Real ownership of the partner roadmap and a direct hand in growing a channel that grows with the company Competitive salary based on your qualifications A central marketing team and a manager who will support your development Room to build processes, try new approaches and shape the future of affiliate at Flatpay Why Flatpay Joining Flatpay means stepping into a dynamic environment where innovation is encouraged, and teamwork is celebrated. Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contributing to our mission of empowering merchants to succeed. With us, you’ll experience an ambitious drive to constantly push boundaries and redefine what's possible. While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we take our responsibility towards our people very seriously. We welcome driven, low-ego individuals who live our values and want to grow with us.
