Quality Engineer – Part of Shaping the Next Generation of AI Power At Flex Power Modules in Kalmar, we develop advanced power modules used in some of the world's most demanding AI and cloud computing platforms, helping technology companies meet the growing power demands of next-generation computing infrastructure, where performance, efficiency and reliability are critical. To continue pushing the boundaries of power electronics, we are looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to make a real impact on how future products are designed, verified and released. What challenges are we trying to solve? Our R&D organization consists of six development teams, soon about to be seven. Every year we invest significant efforts in validating the performance, reliability and quality of our products. The challenge is not simply to find issues, but to prevent them by identifying risks early, strengthening our development practices and helping our teams make better decisions throughout the product lifecycle. The result is more robust products, fewer late-stage surprises and improved long-term quality for our customers. You will work closely with designers, project managers, reliability engineers and other specialists to identify risks, challenge assumptions, strengthen development processes and improve the quality of our products long before they reach formal qualification testing. Your success will ultimately be measured by one thing: Helping our products pass through development and qualification smoothly because the right decisions were made early. Who are you? You are curious about how products fail and passionate about finding ways to prevent it. You enjoy working closely with engineers and influencing technical decisions, but most important, you want to help the teams succeed. Whether your background is within quality, reliability, product development, testing, manufacturing or another engineering discipline, we are interested in hearing how your experience could strengthen our development organization. How could you contribute? We are interested in learning more about your experience, your interests, and how you think you could contribute to our continued success: What kind of quality challenges motivate you? What strengths will you bring to our R&D quality team? How could you help the development teams deliver robust products faster? If this sounds like the type of challenge you are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
