Kreia

About Kreia Kreia is a fast growing Finnish AI-native marketing service for small businesses, currently serving 100+ companies in the real estate industry. We handle content, posting, and ads from end to end, helping small businesses reach more customers on social media, without the traditional agency price tag. Our goal is to deliver a quality service experience that small businesses can actually afford and rely on. The role We're looking for a high-agency salesperson to own the front of our funnel. Almost all of our growth so far has come from picking up the phone, and this role is about doing that at a bigger scale: finding the right people to talk to, getting them into a meeting, and turning those conversations into customers. Your responsibilities will include Running daily outbound by phone and email. You'll work through target lists of realtors and small business owners, open conversations cold, and book meetings. Handling inbound leads from our ads and campaigns fast, so interest turns into a booked meeting instead of going cold. Running the meetings you book: understanding what the prospect actually needs, and building an offer that fits. Owning your pipeline. You'll keep the CRM accurate and follow up persistently, so nothing quietly dies mid-funnel. Bringing what you hear back to the team. You'll talk to more customers than anyone else, so your read on objections and pricing shapes how we sell. What we're looking for You're comfortable on the phone and a high volume of calls is a normal day to you. You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative without being asked. You communicate clearly and confidently in both Finnish and English, in writing and on calls. You can explain a service to a small business owner in a way that's friendly, concrete, and professional. You're organized and consistent. You follow up when you said you would, and your notes are good enough that anyone could pick up your deal tomorrow. You're tech-savvy and genuinely enjoy learning new tools. From dialers and CRMs to AI platforms, you pick things up fast and treat new software as something to explore, not avoid. Previous sales experience is a plus, but drive and coachability matter more to us than years on a CV. What we offer Competitive salary. We offer a base salary + cut of the new revenue your deals bring in. High ownership from day one. You'll own real responsibilities, see the direct impact of your work on customers and the business, and have a genuine say in how things get done. A front-row seat at an early-stage startup. We're small but growing fast, which means you'll see how a startup actually operates, from customer acquisition to product decisions to scaling operations. A flexible, modern work environment. We're a small, tight-knit team where trust, openness, and flexibility are core to how we work. Everyone has a voice and people are trusted to manage their own work. The chance to work with AI at the core of the business. We're an AI-native company, which means you'll get hands-on experience with the tools and workflows that are reshaping marketing. Hiring process 01 Intro call A Google Meet call where we get to know each other, learn about your background, and hear what draws you to the role and to Kreia. 02 Live interview + case exercise On-site at our Helsinki office. We dive deeper into your experience, and work through a short hands-on case exercise that reflects the kind of work you'd actually be doing in the role. 03 Final decision We'll make a decision quickly after the final round and get back to you within a few days, whether the answer is yes or no. Sound like you? Get in touch.
