Uppdrag Med Novacuras egenutvecklade plattform Novacura Flow som utgångspunkt levererar du lösningar som kombinerar integration, processlogik, mobilitet och governance. Novacuras lösningar används i operativa kärnflöden som produktion, underhåll, logistik och fältverksamhet, där kraven på stabilitet, användbarhet och långsiktighet är höga. Som Senior Sales Representative ansvarar du för en region från Karlstad, Linköping och söder ut där du utvecklar och driver Enterprise-försäljningen av Novacuras erbjudande, med Flow i spetsen. Du leder affärer från första strategiska dialog hela vägen till avtal och bygger långsiktiga relationer med kunder som ser Novacura som en strategisk partner för sin ERP-miljö. Arbetsbeskrivning * Driver hela säljcykeln i komplexa SaaS-affärer, med fokus på affärsvärde och ROI * Säljer direkt till CIO, CTO, COO och verksamhetsägare * Positionerar Novacura som en strategisk förlängning av kundens ERP och inte ett sidoprojekt * Leder affärer som ofta startar med proof-of-value och utvecklas till skalbara plattformslösningar * Bygger pipeline genom direktförsäljning, strategiska partnerskap och långsiktiga relationer * Ansvarar för pipeline, prognos och ARR * Arbetar strukturerat och data-drivet i CRM för maximal insikt och styrning * Bidrar till utvecklingen av vår totala affär och processer Du arbetar tätt med Pre-sales, Produkt och Leverans – Du äger affären, narrativet och vägen till beslut! Vem vi söker * Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att sälja SaaS-lösningar och best of bread produkter integrerat mot ERP, industriella system eller affärskritiska processer så som IFS och Infor M3 * Vunnit komplexa affärer med långa cykler och flera beslutsfattare * Förmåga att sälja på affärsvärde, ROI och förändring snarare än funktioner * Teknisk förståelse som gör dig trovärdig i dialoger om integration, arkitektur och systemlandskap * Trygg i att utmana och påverka kundens nuläge på C-nivå Erfarenhet av IFS, Infor M3, integrationsplattformar eller liknande system är meriterande. We are looking for a Solution Architect to one of our offices in the Nordics, with expertise in IFS Manufacturing. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering modern solutions that streamline business processes across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and service operations. About the Role You will work closely with customers to design, implement, and improve IFS-based solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes and also act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable and value-driven solutions. You will work on projects that deliver measurable business value by improving efficiency, visibility, mobility, and operational performance across the entire manufacturing value chain. Required Skills and Experience *Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience. *At least 5 years of proven experience related to ERP systems, preferable IFS Applications. *Experience with implementation and/or support of business application software. *Business process knowledge in one or several main process areas in IFS (e.g. Finance, Manufacturing, Service management, Supply chain management etc.) *Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to communicate effectively with system developers and understand software development frameworks. *Fluency in either Swedish or Norwegian and English. *Ability to travel nationally and internationally when needed.
