We are looking for an IT System & Support Specialist to join our Nordic IT team and help keep our business running smoothly. What you will do You will be a key IT partner for our colleagues across the Nordic organization. From troubleshooting everyday technical issues to supporting new locations, systems and technology projects, you will have a varied role with plenty of opportunities to make an impact. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide hands on and remote IT support across the Nordic organization Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, networks, systems and end user devices Manage onboarding, user access, equipment and device lifecycle Support offices, stores and warehouse environments when needed Participate in IT projects and collaborate with global and local stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working through new technology and AI Ensure IT solutions are secure, reliable and available with minimal disruption to the business YOUR TALENT You are a solution oriented and service minded IT professional who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems. You are comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with people across different functions and countries. You also have: Background in IT support, IT operations or a similar technical role Good knowledge of end user hardware, software, networks and IT infrastructure Strong problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently Familiarity with user administration, access management and device management Fluent English is required. We are now looking for a Sales Associate to join our Barkarby Outlet team as an extra during the busy holiday season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves sports and fashion, and thrives in a fast paced retail environment. The position is from mid November until mid January, with possibility of extension. The role will primarily involve evening and weekend shifts, and availability during the Christmas and New Year period is essential. Your Mission • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store and stockroom in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales, KPI and profitability goals through excellent customer service • Create an engaging and welcoming environment for every customer • Support incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensure products are ready for the sales floor • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while following company standards and safety requirements • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including display shoes • Keep the sales floor neat, organized and fully stocked • Support stock and inventory routines, including labelling, price marking and replenishment • Organize and fill the sales floor to maximize selling opportunities • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and successful store operation, especially during busy periods YOUR TALENT • Sales experience, preferably in a fast paced retail environment • Customer oriented, reliable and friendly personality • Strong team player • Likes providing great customer service • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative without constant supervision • Organized, flexible and efficient • Available to work evenings and weekends • Available to work during the Christmas and New Year period Why PUMA?
