We are now on a journey of scaling our business both here in Sweden and the Nordics. In the role as Head of FP&A you'll report directly to CFO, and leading a team of two controllers. You'll collaborate closely with the rest of the business ensuring that our forecasting and reporting is WHAT YOU WILL DO * Drive strategic planning, including our long-term plan, OKRs and initiatives. * Partner with the CFO on analyses, Board material, presentations and other high-impact projects. * Set direction and raise standards for how Qliro approaches planning, forecasting, performance management and business steering. * Develop our FP&A capabilities, processes and tools - leveraging AI to fundamentally rethink how FP&A operates and creates value. * Build the models, analyses and management reporting that turn financial information into better decisions. WHO YOU ARE * You have a strong analytical background and have advanced skills in financial modelling * Previous background from consulting within Finance Services / CFO office * You are comfortable working closely with a small team and with colleagues from other parts of the business * You have experience from implementation of AI in processes and ways of working * You have led a team before. We are working on greenfield projects in a highly modern microservices and cloud environment, mainly backend. This is an international team characterised by a high seniority. Current focus for the team: ✔ Building high quality software solutions using C#, .NET 10 and onwards ✔ Develop event-driven and cloud-based architecture solutions ✔ C#, .NET, AWS, Terraform, GitLab, Event Driven Architecture, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Grafana What we are looking for in our new team member: 👩‍💻You are proficient in C# .Net and have touched the majority of tools in the rest of the stack 🚀 You have practical experience from working with agile engineering methods combined with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices ☁️ This team is 100% in the AWS cloud, so any experience working with cloud technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code is relevant. 🙌 Previous experience or knowledge with different testing methods and frameworks 🤖 You have an understanding of system design, data structures, API development and algorithms 💰 If you have experience from working with finance and payments solution (technical or non technical) like payment processing or compliance is an advantage WOW in everything we do Qliro is the place for you who are curious, passionate and love collaboration. WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES The Merchant Onboarding team is building the future of how merchants get started with our checkout solution. We’re creating a self-service onboarding tool that lets merchants and agents configure payment options automatically through a user-friendly, intuitive UI. Our goal is to remove friction and make integration fast and simple, enabling Qliro to grow to new heights! 🚀 We work in a modern, cloud-based environment with a strong focus on product thinking, developer experience, and great UX.
