Chef / Kitchen & Operations (Full-Time or Couple Team)​ Location: Saga Trollheimen Hotel, Norway​ Employment Period: November 1st, 2026 – May 2028​ Employment Type: Full-time (100%) or Shared Couple Position (2 x 60%) — Direct Hire​ About the Role​ Saga Trollheimen Hotel is looking for a flexible, reliable, and practical Chef (or couple) to join us in the mountains. This is a direct hire with the hotel for a contract running from October 5, 2026, through May 2028. You will play a core role in keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities​ Kitchen Duty (4-5 days/week): Prepare three daily meals for our guests and workers in the area. Operations & Cleaning (Remaining working days): Housekeeping, guest room turnover, general indoor/outdoor hotel maintenance, and light operational tasks. Requirements:​ Driver’s License: Valid manual or automatic driver's license (required). Work Ethic: Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and in a mountain environment. Skills: Cooking skills for wholesome meal preparation.
